google must have got it wrong this pathetic place is still in business ... you will pay an arm and a leg to see someone here despite of the amount you pay, you will not be able to see a "real" doctor. Instead you will see an arrogant health technician who will argue with you, will not listen to you, nor give you any treatment to ease your pain. They will pretty much rob you of minimum $150 and give you nothing in return other than treating you like dirt. I ended up going there because I was in pain, and could not wait 3 weeks to see my primary care physician. I questioned the medical technicians ways of diagnosing the problem. I must have hit some nerve; he rushed to get me out of there when the place was empty (that should have been my sign). Their branch in abacoa town center has slightly better staff. You still wont get to see a real doctor. They are all medical technicians and nurses. However, at least they are slightly better than the people in this branch - at least they care OR pretend to care. The staff in this branch doesnt have a shred of humanity in them. I paid $150 for my visit (they will also get a good amount from my insurance company). I did not receive proper care. I am still in pain. I cant afford to go to the emergency room and I have to wait at least 3 weeks to see a decent doctor ... This is absolutely the worst walk in clinic I have ever seen in my life. thank you for nothing :(

We just moved to the area and hadnt selected a primary care physician yet when my husband got sick. We went in and he was evaluated, given some meds and some orders to take a few diagnostic tests. We got the results of his CAT scan later in the day and his urgent care practitioner reviewed the results with us. So far so good. The stool sample was another story. We NEVER heard back from this facility, and after more than a week and a half of waiting, timidly returned to the facility to ask for the results. We learned that the results had come back a week prior! The receptionist just unceremoniously printed out the results and handed them to us saying we should have received a call, but she did not seem concerned or apologetic at all that we did not. I asked if a care provider could review the results with us as we were unsure how to interpret them. She went into the back and relayed some info that the person on duty gave her, but we had more questions. She went back with the questions but came back with curt answers and let us know that question time was over and if we wanted more information, wed have to pay for a new appointment. Bottom line: No follow up, no commitment to patient care - go there if you have no other options. Im researching a primary care physician now so we are never in a position of having to go back.

I will never go here again and would advice others against going here. There are no doctors on site! Im not sure how they are even allowed to operate an urgent care center with no doctors. There were two nurse practitioners there and they were more concerned with what clothes they were going to buy than they were the patients. I came in after having a bicycle accident and had shoulder and back pain and was concerned about a concussion because I had also hit my head, which dented my helmet (that I took in with me but no one ever looked at it). The nurse practitioner did not even have me remove my shirt and after I got home I saw that I had a cut all the way down my back and had bruises on the front and back of my shoulder. She never even touched me to see if anything hurt or if there were any cuts or abrasions that needed attention! They took an xray of my shoulder and wanted to send me someplace else for a CT scan of my head without even discussing with me about signs to watch for with a concussion. I decided to wait and see if I had any issues and go to the ER if I needed REAL medical treatment. This place is a waist of time and money.

When they have a TV in the waiting area that doesnt work (using an antenna not cable) thats a red flag !! If they skimp on something as simple as that, What type of medical treatment do you thing you are going to get ?? The factory assembly line mentality of the staff to expedite you visit is a recipe for POOR medical care.. I came in for a cut on my lip which required a few stitches as I had a minor accident working in my garage and they are just down the street. "BIG MISTAKE" I would have been better off going to the :Shoe Cobbler: up the street as he most likely would have done a better job of stitching me . Now I have to go to a plastic surgeon they did such a lousy job.. The Moral of the story is that never go to a medical assembly line who are only there to "get you in, and get you out FAST without any doctors to be found and a 70% chance of an incorrect diagnosis .. Go to the ER instead , get a REAL DOCTOR and negotiate with them on the bill later !!!

I must say that my husband and I have both been to the Urgent Care, and have had no complaints, that was until now, I have a severe pain in the left side of my neck, the pain radiates up into my head and down into my shoulder. I have had neck surgery and I have a metal plate in there now so it concerned me. I chose to come there because they are able to take x rays, with my Doctor I would have been sent to another facility for the x rays. The nurse practitioner that entered the room was on the war path, I have never been treated in that manner. The only thing that came out of her mouth was Im not giving you pills, I never asked her for one pill, I asked for a xray. We will not return. I know that thanks to many doctors we have a large problem with people hooked on drugs, but should we really assume that everyone is hooked, there has to be a better way.

My wife and I arrived 15 minutes prior to the opening of this Urgent Care facility feeling very ill. When the receptionist unlocked and opened the door, she walked away and let the door close in our faces - disgusting. After signing in being called to be seen, a nurse walked into the room and checked our vitals. At that point, we continued to wait to see the doctor. Moments later, the Physician Assistant walked in, explained the symptoms, and the possible causes. In the end she gave us two prescriptions for Z-Packs. The point here is we paid $100.00 (two co-pays) and never saw a doctor but paid doctor prices, and only saw an assistant. So from now on, when we call to make an appointment, we will ask to see a DOCTOR. We refuse to let any doctor make seeing an “assistant” the new norm. That’s like paying for a steak and getting a hamburger.
