I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Lombardo. I moved to this neighborhood a few years ago. Now I live two hours away from my old dentist, who I went to for more than 10 years. I had a hard time finding a new doctor who would be as good as my old one. A few visits to Dr. Lombardo’s office made me regain peace of mind. Dr. Lombardo is very thorough and always does a high quality job. She takes time to listen to my concerns, answers all my questions, and always explains what she is about to do as she is working on my teeth. Dr. Lombardo always makes sure that I feel 100% comfortable during the treatment. But most importantly, I am always satisfied with the end results of her work. My teeth look nice. It’s really hard to find a nice dentist, but I am glad I found one. Also, I cannot help but mention how family friendly Diamond Dental is. I am a mom of two children. There are days when I have no one to watch my kids. However, it has never been an obstacle to see my dentist. Dr. Lombardo’s office has a nice play area for children with different toys and activities that keep them occupied and moms worry free. Dr. Lombardo makes short breaks for me so that I can pick up my baby and comfort her if necessary. Moreover, the staff that works with Dr. Lombardo is very nice and helpful too. For example, each time my 6 month old daughter starts to cry in her carseat, one of the employees picks her up and keeps her entertained. This helps me to relax and focus on the treatment. I cannot say enough thank you to Dr. Lombardo and every one who works with her! I highly recommend her to my friends and family. If you are looking for a high quality dental job, visit Dr. Lombardo.

Such great service. They really care about your health and the health and beauty of your mouth (because health does mean beauty). Gentle, almost pain-free (lets be real theres always going to be some discomfort at the dentists), friendly and I leave feeling super cared for. Extremely knowledgable and know what theyre talking about- and they know the difference between what has to be done, whats recommended and whats unnecessary- very important. (I had a bad experience with a previous dentist about having to get something done which turned out completely unnecessary). I write this review hesitantly only because theyre so great theyre pretty booked- so Im overcoming my selfishness in having more appointment time options. Absolutely recommend for all your dentist needs! (I did Invisalign through them too, and Im really happy with the results and my experience)

In replace of a prior negative review after being overcharged by this dentist, I now wish to warn future patrons of even more alarming behavior by this staff. They would not replace a filling they had improperly put in a few months ago, which was perpetually loose from the start and then fell out. And Dr. Lombardi then threatened to report me for voicing my complaints regarding their practices in a public forum. Apparently she is not aware of this review tools main purpose, to warn others about businesses that have led to negative experiences for others. So while many may have had pleasant experiences with this dentist, we have had only a nightmare of an experience since first setting foot in their establishment..And it is my right to share my review, and the right of others, to know whats really going on.

Dr. Lombardo has been my dentist for a while, and her expertise has been one of the many reasons I followed her when Diamond Dental Services opened up. I travel over one hour one way to see Dr. Lombardo and it is all worth it! The office offers the latest and top of the line equipment, superior comfort, and and excellent atmosphere (think of your music preference and she will play that in the background during the procedure, love it). Dr Lombardo is very thorough and she will always discuss all the options of the treatment plans. Painless procedures and pleasant results are the characteristics of every single visit at the office. She has been my familys dentist for a few years and I believe she will be the one for a long time!

So I usually hate the dentist and dread going every single time. My dad told me "Go to my dentist! They are amazing and all extremely nice there." He knows how much I dread going but I called that day and got lucky with an appointment for the next day! I have to say I was extremely impressed. Not only were they all very nice to me, they actually had a conversation with me too about stuff other than my teeth! It is also one of the nicest offices Ive been in. I felt comfortable and will definitely be back in to see them again. I highly recommend them!

I was going to the deli and drove past this office and decided to walk in since I was in search of a new dentist. Im so glad I walked in, their office is clean and beautifully decorated. It has a spa like feeling. All the ladies are friendly, and the dentist is FANTASTIC. She is gentle and thorough. Ive been there twice and they billed my insurance and I have NOT received a bill for excessive charges not covered by insurance. Their fees are reasonable, if you are paying excessive fees at your current dentist give them a try.

After reading the the incorrigible review written by Rebecca, as a regular client of Diamond Dental I too am affronted by her child like response. Fortunately Rebecca is in charge of her future and hopefully will find her way to a secluded life, far away from normal people. My experiences with Diamond Dental Service have been second to none, from appt to procedure. The staff is extroardinarily pleasant and Dr. Lombardo is a most valued and respected clinician in her field. Credit Card Processing machines. (No Comment....lol)

I absolutely love and recommend Diamond Dental Service ! Dr. Lombardo and her assistant are beyond professional, warm and friendly. They make going to the dentist more of a visiting an old friend kind of vibe rather than a scary-stereotypical dentist experience. Dr. Lombardo made my teeth look beautiful and healthy quickly and - more importantly - painlessly. Also, on a side note, the office decor is very modern, classy and stylish. Definitely will be coming back !

As a visitor from out of town, I was very distressed when my filling fell off on my last trip to Lake Zurich. It was such a relief when Dr. Lombardo not only fitted me into the schedule right away, but was also so very nice and very informative. The office was neat, everything was so new and seemed to be designed with the patient in mind, which gave me great comfort. I would highly recommend.
