My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Southall for more than 20 years. In all that time and for many, many visits, we have never had a single negative issue. He and the staff are always pleasant and go out of their way to make things comfortable and easy for the patient. Just today, when a cavity was detected, Dr. Southall said he had time to repair it. That act of efficiency and kindness saved me another trip. When weve had emergencies (broken tooth, etc.) the staff has always worked us in at the earliest possible time. And, for the record, Dr. Southall has never, ever caused pain. His work holds up extremely well. I have some crowns going back to 1991 !!

Absolute best dentist in Mobile! He completely redid my mouth and has changed my life! I had extremely ugly crooked teeth and he fixed them and made them beautiful in two weeks. I felt NO pain and he and his nurses made me feel so comfortable! They knew me by name and all rejoiced with me when the process was done. Dr Southall made me feel so comfortable as I was in his chair for hours! I get more compliments on my teeth than I ever even thought possible! I have lived for over 20 years without smiling or showing my teeth. Now I never stop smiling. He is amazing and I would and have recommended him to everyone! Thank you guys for changing my life!

Dr. Southall is so deserving of the highest praise. Not only is he an outstanding dentist, but he is also a very considerate and kind person. His entire staff is wonderful. When you first enter the office, you are greeted warmly, and everyone responds to you in an upbeat and caring manner. They all take a personal interest in you. Of course, the quality of dentistry and hygienic care is excellent. I have had many procedures over the years, and I am very appreciative of the fine quality of work. Thank you Dr. Southall!

Dr. Southhall is a wonderful dentist. Hes caring and gentle. His staff is great, too! They all know me, my history and are so welcoming. Also if you go at the right time of year, youll see beautiful camellia or lemons in their office :) Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Southall is by far the BEST dentist in Mobile! I actually look forward to every dentist appointment. He never hurts me and is very detailed. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. I feel like family when I walk into their office.
