Dr. Lovda and his team are the very best in dental. I deal with vertigo and somewhat serious neck issues (stenosis, curvature issues, etc) and I feel like angels have carefully placed me in the seat and worked around me. The last 3 weeks have been especially difficult for me in regards to dizziness and this morning when I went for my cleaning and checkup, I left feeling better than I have in weeks. I was bit uneasy at first as to how things would go, but the way Carla and Dr. Mike questioned me for understanding, carefully/slowly adjusted both the neck support and position of their chair, and worked around me to ensure as few neck moves as possible- I actually felt better than I do at home on my own Lazy boy and couldnt believe I was at the dentist. Dr. Mike carefully listened, adjusted the plan for todays visit above and beyond "just a clean and check," and even supplied me with copies of todays x-rays and some thoughts from a dental perspective to take with me for an upcoming follow-up with another doctor (in other words, they didnt just ask me about any new health concerns only for the purpose of covering themselves and/or not hurting me [as great as that is!] ... They genuinely care about helping if they feel they have something to add. Perhaps this seems like nothing more than "what they are supposed to do," and I might agree if I hadnt been to enough doctors (specialists!) that didnt express as much interest or concern. Its this level of care I was in search of when I first started seeing Dr. Lovda. Many years ago I had had several difficulties with the dentist I was then seeing. I was at the end of my rope and had asked a colleague of mine where she and her family went for dental care. She advised me that they had long seen Dr. Lovda and would never consider any other place. I made my appointment and insisted that I would not see anyone but Dr. Lovda himself, given my prior experiences. I wanted someone who was well experienced as I was far too skeptical to see someone just starting out. They understood and quickly set me up with an appointment with the man himself. After he immediately was able to resolve my issues I continued to visit for my regular clean and checkups, and willingly began seeing some of the younger doctors beginning their career that Dr. Lovda has has helped to start out. I now gladly see either him or his son for any of my dental needs. And the goodness doesnt start and end with the dentists. Every staff member from the office to the hygienists to the dentists are just incredible, caring, and take time for you in everything. If you call and leave a message, they will get back to you same day (unless they are closed for the day of course... But plan to hear from them promptly their next business day!). I just cant say enough good things. Go see them! (And oh yeah... He even makes many of his own crowns... No waiting til yours comes in from the manufacturer!... Go see them)

Wow. What a shame. Dr. Lovda was a great and trustworthy dentist but this place is going downhill fast. "Dr. Mike" (Lovdas son) lacks experience but not ego and I will never send my family or friends their way again. "Dr. Mike" takes forever to do cleanings. Whats worse, is finding out from other patients in the waiting room about their very terrible experiences - of which I hope theyll post a review soon - spending hours in the chair with no explanation for what seems like routine dental work and having to make multiple visits for "Dr. Mike" to fix what he messed up. Stay away. There are too many dentists in the area to have to put up with this shenanigans. Please question the thinly-veiled 5 star reviews.

After personally experiencing dental visits to four dental practices in the area, Dr. Lovda’s practice is by far the most quality-focused, professional with a keen emphasis on “best-in-class” dental work. Dr. Lovda Sr. has tremendous knowledge, skills and talent. He corrected poor workmanship of a previous dentist by using “state-of-the art” technology. It was painless and quickly addressed all my dental needs. I highly recommend the Lovda dental practice.

Every time I visit this office its nothing short of a great experience! The front desk staff are so nice and helpful and able to accommodate a last minute appointment with no hesitation. Dr. Kennedy is absolutely wonderful! Such a perfectionist which I appreciate so much when it comes to my teeth. I would recommend her a thousand times over!
