Not all dentists are created equal and not all dental offices are the same. This was immediately evident when I first saw the unique and catchy Caring Smiles Dental sign located on Palatine Road in Hoffman Estates. Inside, Caring Smiles Dental is a beautiful state of the art dental office with the very latest in dental technology and equipment. On the walls and reception desk it will become very evident that the resident dentist, Dr. Patel, is a world-class dentist highly recognized for his professional work and highly decorated for his dental acumen and education. I left my first dental checkup with Dr. Patel feeling like I had received an incredible value for my dental care. Dr. Patel is extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and he diligently guided me through a full diagnostic of my mouth giving a complete education and explanation for every individual tooth via state of the art x-ray reviews. His staff were also extremely professional and helpful in explaining all insurance related questions I had and assisting with further scheduling of dental appointments. Dentistry, like any industry, is always rapidly changing and improving. Caring Smiles Dental is on the cutting edge of the Dental industry best practices with an extremely knowledgeable dentist educated with the most recent in dental trends and an office with the latest in dental technology. If you are looking for a dentist, you absolutely can not go wrong with Caring Smiles Dental.

Dr. Patel and his staff are AMAZING! They make everyone that walks through their doors feel at ease. I have always felt anxious going to the dentist, and for that reason, neglected going for a while. I can officially say that Dr. Patel and his staff have converted me into being a fan of the dentist! They are incredibly professional and make every patient feel comfortable. Dr. Patel is a great educator of dentistry and that really helped me to understand what he was going to be doing. He wants his patients to be at ease knowing the steps that he is taking to make their smile perfect :-). They have great availability and flexibility to work with schedules. The environment is inviting and makes one feel like they are in the comfort of their own home. I am actually looking forward to going back in 6 months!

Great friendly staff who is very knowledgeable. Dr. Patel is awesome! He takes his time with his patients, my husband & I both see him for our dental care needs. He always answers ALL of our questions and is very informative about what he sees as needs and ways for us to improve our dental hygiene & health. I just recently had a filling refilled and I have never in my 32 years had a filling that was painless .... until that day! I didnt even feel the numbing medication injection, which as most of you know is one of the worst parts of a filling! I have already recommended this office to friends and will continue to do so. Will bring my kids too once theyre older. Keep up the great work Caring Smiles Dental!

I dont know where to start. Been here about a year and a half ago for a few fillings always friendly staff and able to get an appointment quickly! Dr. Patel is a cool dude, very customer oriented and always trying to do the best work possible. Had an old filling on my front tooth and he rebuilt the whole thing, the mans an artist! He really took his time and now i have a great smile again! Thanks Again to Dr. Patel and all the staff you guys rock!!!

I went to this dental clinic for the first time today and I had a great experience. Dr. Patel and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I received high-quality dental care and Dr. Patel was very willing to take the time to answer my questions and explain treatments, procedures, etc. I will be receiving all of my future dental care at this office. I highly recommend this to everyone!

I visited this office recently since it is located a walking distance from my home and i was very impressed. They spent money on the office design and most importantly newest dental equipment. I have to add that Dr Patel is very knowledgeable and modern dentist and his assistant Scott super patient guy with my gag reflex issue. I highly recommend this place.
