There was a dentist at this location several years ago that I saw and he was the nicest man and very professional. I had some cavities to fill and a chipped tooth he wanted to put cement on to act as the rest of the tooth. Well money was an issue so I put it off. A few years later I was able to go in but he was no longer there. Instead there was a crotchety older man who said I didnt need the cement to act as the rest of my tooth and was going to do my fillings in 2 trips (right side then left side). Now I also happen to work in healthcare and when I say this guy has poor bedside manor, you can take that to the bank. He was unclear in any instruction during the procedure and seemed like he was in a hurry. Well, he did one part and then scheduled the next appointment. I get back and I am then told it is going to be another (total=3) visit. As a college student who also works, I dont just have the time for that. Do what you said to begin with - 2 visits and done. So on my bottom left where the chip was, was also a cavity. He drilled too far (not to actually hit the root, but definitely very close to one so I cannot eat on that side of the mouth lest something get between those two teeth and it hurts like a mother. I started out liking the office from the previous dentist but this guy has made me never return. Now I have to decide if I come and have them fix it for free (I sure as heck wont be paying for them to do it) and then go elsewhere or just go elsewhere first and get it done right. All in all I would say, buyer beware.

Office is very elegant and pleasant=1star. Office staff is very polite=1star. My first cleaning was really good=1star so I decided to get other stuff done. I got one crown done and later 2 more cleaning. I was assigned to 3 different dentists during 1.5years. I was not happy when they introduced me to the third dentist. I explained to him the constant toothache, he looked at the X-ray, and he just said hell do a crown then. That was it. I decided to find a different dental office. I had a feeling that, not only I didnt like his advise I wanted to see what is really wrong with my tooth. As a matter of fact I dont need a crown (eventually I will need it) but its a root canal problem and thats why I have constant toothache. I found an office with much better technology than them and when they did the X-rays they took more than 12 X-rays instead of just 4 at the Dental Salon. Plus you have to pay $20 to release them to another dentist and they are not good any way. My advise- If you are looking for a long term dentist look for one that has its own office and its been established for a long time. Always read good and bad reviews! They are both good advise.

Very much trying hard to milk your Insurance! I got a prescription written for a wrong strength, they send me back and forth and will not rewrite the right strength unless I will be checked by a general dental practitioner? The staff plays theyre sorry but they treat the patient like perfect dummies, all they have to do is correct the initial error of the doctor who wrote it wrong, not to subject me for re-examine if I want a prescription? Its not a new prescription but rather a sort of supplemental from the first that was issued but is mild? It seems that they are glitchy and money hungry! Be wary! The way they schedule with their specialist is on their terms if you want an early opening, you have to drive to Chicago and pay extra for parking! 13 dollars for 30 mins.? Plus, I dont need a specialist for extraction? I have to call my insurance to relay everything! Basically, their professionals that render services are not in favor of cohesive actions, there is no unifying elements. Easy and little become big and complicated? They dont administer ample anesthesia so it tends to be painful!

Best Dentist office Ive ever been too! Everyone was so polite and professional! From the moment I walked in the door. The whole facility was very clean and had all modern technology. I didnt even have to fill out the paperwork by hand, it was all on the computer! The receptionist (Jennifer) was very warm and welcoming. My hygienist (Sarah) was very thorough and gentle. Dr. Tiner seems very experienced and you can tell he really gives his patients the very best care. They got me in for my filling the same day and it was quick and painless! Im so happy I found this office. Ive found my dentist for life!

Ive been going here for a few years and see a different provider every time. The past two times Ive gone theyve called me less than a week before my appointment (which I schedule 6 months out) to tell me they have to reschedule me. They show no remorse, they cant let me know any sooner than a week, yet Im supposed to call and cancel if anything comes up and get charged if I dont? Doesnt seem fair. They will be losing my business.

Our visit today was AMAZING! There were three of us, myself, my 9-yr-old and my 6-yr-old. We were taken right away and the entire staff from the check-in to check-out was just incredible. Dr. Dallas and staff made the visit fun and completely age appropriate for my little ones and they completely dissolved any anxiety the boys (or I) may have had. Perfect service, perfect care, perfect experience! We found our family dentist!!

This is the second time we have brought our kids to Dental Salon in Schaumburg and everything has been quick and efficient from beginning to end. Everyone from the front desk (Dawn), the hygienists and the dentist himself have been kind, courteous, professional and caring. My wife and I have our appointments later this month and are confident that the experience will be just as satisfying. I highly recommend this provider!

Decent pricing, but I ended up having to go through three visits (instead of the standard two) to get a crown done and ended up in pain each time. I found the doctors themselves to be either lacking in compassion, or just too rough. For anyone looking for more than a cleaning, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. The savings in price are not nearly worth it.

For some reason Obsessed with getting payment for all potential services up front and refused to do work until that was secure. Not sure what the deal was with the insurance but they sent the lady home without having done anything. will find a dentist that can communicate with our insurance and is interested in actually helping.

Happy with the treatment and service, and with my dynamic schedule they were able to often wave the rescheduling fee. Now that I no longer had the major work needed to be completed, they dock me every time life comes up. Id recommend them, but curious as to why theyve changed this with me.

It was long since Ive been to the dentist & I was terrified! They were so patient with me and the treatment was excellent! The Doctor take the time to explain diagnosis, treatment done, treatment needed, & cost. Very theral! So glad I took that first step! :0)
