I have been a patient of Dr. Kaplans for over 20 years. He has always provided me and my family with exceptional service, state of the art equipment and the most up to date dental procedures and techniques. His ability to provide his patients with a dental crown in little over 2 hours is one example of how Dr. Kaplan stays on top of trends in dentistry and provides his patients with nothing but the best! I also want to compliment the entire staff at Village Dental Center. All of the hygienists are pleasant, friendly and skillful at what they do. I personally have had the pleasure of having Dawn Van de Pas as "my hygienist" for over 10 years. Dawn is a pro! Always providing me with exceptional dental care and advice to help improve my overall health. Dawn really cares about her patients and it shows. Im sure Dr. Kaplan knows how valuable Dawn and the rest of his staff are to the overall success of his practice. In closing, if you are reading this while trying to find a great dentist and exceptional dental office..you just found it! Stop searching and call Dr. Kaplans office to schedule an appointment. You wont be disappointed.

I have gone to the Village Dental Center for many years now. Every time I go to the Dentist it is a pleasant experience. The service is very thorough and they do a good job in listening to you and making sure that the service is the best for your needs. They have TVs in all the rooms and if you want to, you get to control what programs are on. They also have many different flavors for while they are cleaning and they really do try to make going to the dentist the most enjoyable it can be. The staff is always very pleasant, the ladies at the front desk give me nice compliments. I have always used Lisa as my dental hygienist and she is always lovely. Doctor Kaplan is very good at what he does and takes it very seriously too. The experiences I have had with the Village Dental Center have been overwhelmingly positive.

I dont like going to the dentist but have had a great experience ever since I started coming to Village Dental Center with Dr. Kaplan. Everyone there is warm and friendly and wants to make sure you are as comfortable as can be while at the dentist. And they do a very good job of providing that comfort with amazing facilities including, comfortable chairs (with massagers), TVs, and all different types of dental tools that make your life easier as a patient. I just had my first root canal and got to try their new NuCalm device during the procedure. The NuCalm definitely made the procedure go by quicker and it helped me relax during it all, which is saying a lot coming from someone getting a root canal. I would highly recommend coming here!

I have been a patient with Village Dental center since I was 5 years old when Dr. Funk was practing. He then retired and when Dr. Kaplan took over the practice I continued being a patient at Village Dental. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Kaplan and his entire staff. Everyone is professional and friendly. I love that there office up to date on the newest technology and I enjoy that when I go in for my 6month checkups I continue to see the same staff members that know me and it feels like a family . I have been a patient of Village Dental Center for many years. The entire dental staff is extremely welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere of the office is comfortable and inviting. Dr. Kaplan provides top-quality work while minimizing pain and procedure time. I am so impressed by his skill level and the work he has done. The hygienists are friendly and professional as they provide thorough cleanings and great advice on preventative care. In addition to always providing me with quality care, the office staff is great with my children as well. My kids look forward to coming to the dentist because of these terrific staff members! I highly recommend this practice!

The hygienists did a good job but I still would not recommend this dentists office to anyone......because of their billing practices. I called to make my appointment and told them who my insurance was and they told me they took my insurance but didnt tell me they didnt take the plan within my insurance. When I went in for my appointment I gave them my insurance card and they still didnt tell me that my plan wasnt in network. So......normally what would have been a free visit ended up costing me $779 (for myself and my daughter). NEVER assume that the office will explain anything to you - make sure you are well informed ahead of time.

Fantastic experiences here for many years! Dr. Marc Kaplan and his staff especially Dawn are so warm, professional and experienced. Ive driven an hour to get there because they are so talented. The office is calm and inviting, the massaging chairs help you relax. The prices are reasonable and theyve helped me and my children preserve beautiful smiles. They are great at preventative care. I never liked going to the dentist as a child but I always look forward to my appointments here and my kids love coming here, too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaplans for over 25 years. The care is superb and virtually pain free! He works with state of the art equipment and the results are excellent! Dr. Kaplan can fit you with a perfect crown in a single visit! No temporary crown, no bite adjustments! Its a perfect fit! Dr. Kaplan is able to retain his highly skilled staff, they have been with him for years. This speaks volumes about the type of person he is. I highly recommend this office.

I have been receiving dental care from Dr. Kaplan for fourteen years. I think that in saying fourteen years says it all. He is excellent at what he does. Takes time to keep you informed on what he is doing. Financially he charges well within reason. Takes the time help you at the last minute in case you are having problems. I was long overdue for a dental appointment and the staff at Village Dental Center could not have made me feel more welcomed and comfortable. They explained every process they were going to do in detail so I was prepared and never felt nervous. The services I received were fantastic and everyone there is very friendly. My experience was a great one and I intend to be a returning customer!
