I could go on and on about my experience as a walk-in, but I have to keep it short. The reception was amazingly friendly and gave me a personal tour of the machinery and everything. They offered affordable plans and options to me, they talked to me as if they cared (something I am not used to). Dr. Patel drilled and filled an old mistake made by my old dentist (Dr. Passehl of Barrington) within minutes. I felt zero pain. I felt more discomfort from the cleaning than I did from the needles or drilling. This man is a gifted professional. He went above and beyond to fix old issues for free, as well as kept the cost of my filling low. Dr. Passehl of Barrington charged a friend of mine $180 for an xray and visual inspection. Dr. Patel did those things for free as a new patient. I am amazed by the staff and Dr. Patel. To all those out there worried about switching, I was worried too, but it is worth the leap of faith. If you are like me coming from Passehls office, then I am here to tell you that you do NOT have to put up with rude attitudes, forgotten appointments made my errors from staff, rude comments from hygienists, very brief interaction with your dentist, or high costs that you think gives you a premium experience in a nicer city or something, because the moment you walk into Patels Schaumburg Dental Studio and this staff greets you your dental life will change. I will refer everyone I know to this great place. It all rolls downhill in the work environment, as we all know, so I think Dr. Jignesh Patel must be an amazing and skilled man, and that my old dentist Robert Passehl was simply greedy and running low on passion for dentistry. Dr. Patel has turned our dentistry life upside down, I never knw the experience could be this painless and happy and friendly. God bless him.

First of all, let me start saying that the staff is super friendly here. However, both the dentists seem to have their tactics to milk money from the insurance and patients. Their core values are honesty and community. However, it seems like they willingly try to sugar coat you and convince you to get their over priced services like deep cleaning. I had an appointment today for just regular cleaning. They took a bunch of x-rays and gave me their expert advise. However, they didnt perform general cleaning of my teeth any further after the x-ray saying that I need a deep cleaning for couple of my teeth. They provided me with their proposed treatment plan and it was a lot more expensive than other dental places in Schaumburg area upon further research. Basically, I didnt get any services from Schaumburg Dental Studio and they charged atleast couple hundred dollars to my insurance for literally doing nothing but taking x-rays. My advise to any of the prospective customers/patients that DO NOT GET TRAPPED with their friendly service. They are trying to just make money out of patients and insurance company and get away from doing real dental work. I am extremely disappointed with their service and I feel like I wasted a day off from work for this poor service.

I loved this place because its always neat and clean, very nice doctors and staff, and always convenient for our appointment time especially for Saturdays. Also, they treat their patients very politely. They also make their patients happy by giving out gift cards and online refer programs up to $300 to $900. My family, my relative and I love Schaumburg dental studio.
