Dr. Sneed and staff always goes the extra to make me feel at ease. My situation was a tough one, I had several serious issues going on with my teeth and gums and needless to say was extremely nervous when finally taking the difficult steps to remedy my situation. It has been a process for over 8 mos. now, including being under the care of a periodontist (another really good group of staff and practitioners referred to by Dr. Sneed) Dr. Sneed ALWAYS takes the time to talk to me and let me know the issues, treatments, outcome, and any risks involved. He does his best to make me feel informed and at ease. Special thanks to the professionalism of DeDee-who really went the extra to make me feel less tense and comfortable. And to all the office staff for your professionalism and always accommodating my schedule and other inquiries with a smile. Thank you all-very happy with my new smile :D

Dr. Sneed and his staff are the best Ive encountered in the dental field. They genuinely care about your health and do not attempt to push expensive or unnecessary procedures as some dentists seem determined to do at the expense of their integrity and the patients well being. My father was a physician, and so I was raised to understand the proper administration of good "bedside manner." And having lived in many cities and been to many dentists over the years, I can truly say that Dr. Sneed is the best dentist, and his staff the most caring and professional that Ive visited. Though I do not live in Mobile, I gladly drive over an hour to reach Dr. Sneeds office, since when it comes to health, you really cannot compromise.

When I have gone to professional services in the past My first experience felt fake. Everyone was obviously trying to impress me which left me with questions about the long term viability of the service. I can gladly say that this office does not fall into that generalization. Everyone was friendly, because they are friendly, not because they were having to try. The service was good because they care about their work and they are professional. They were prompt and respected my time. The estimate of time for a minor follow up procedure was near perfect. I do not normally hand out 5 star reviews as a matter of personal principle, but I do not mind here. It is well deserved.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF. Sure the dentist will tell you what you want to hear but BEWARE you will have to have ALL work re-done somewhere else. His work only lasts about 3 or 4 months IF THAT. According to the receptionist "You have to keep having the fillings re-done." WHAT!? Ive been with a new dentist for close to 2 years now and havent had any problems with my fillings.... Havent had to get them re-done every 3 months either.... I didnt have insurance when I was seeing Dr. Sneed so they knew they would get cash whenever I came in...probably why they said I need to keep coming....extremely rude money hungry people is all that office is.

Dr. Sneed and his staff are among the most professional people I have ever met inside a dental office. They are kind, polite, and knowledgeable on everything related to dentistry. When I was getting my teeth bonded, Dr. Sneed briefly gave an overview on what he was going to be doing, step-by-step. His unwavering confidence and skill set during the procedure made it quick and painless. Highly recommend!

One of the mostly friendly, professional offices....love these people, have been going to Dr. Sneed for over 20 yrs. he tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear...and is willing to work with you. If I have a problem I am usually able to be seen, if not immediately, at most within a day... and the ladies are wonderful love them all. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

This is a great dentist office. Ive been going here for a few years and my dental hygenist Deidra Dekle is always very nice, careful and efficient when cleaning my teeth. They make you feel like family in this office and the dentist Dr. Sneed is honest and educated on how to keep your teeth healthy. Would recommend to visit for any dental upkeep or problems!

Cant say anything about the service.. but i need to have a flipper made... and i called for prices... they START at 475... i normally go to Dixie Dental and although the service is eeeehhhh lol they charge 225... less than half the price of this place... so yeah... wont be seeing this dentist

Most people may dislike going to the dentist, but I enjoy my visits. The staff is very courteous, and my hygienist has been wonderful. They take a real interest in you when you are there. Dr. Sneed performs good work and is very nice. I highly recommend him.
