Ok Google, How can I give them less than 1 star? Paid $400 for my glasses and after 45 days Im still trying to get them done right. Wrong AXIS but dont worry, youll get used to in a couple of weeks. Seriously?! This is not my first prescription and I know how new glasses feel. Todays Tuesday and the store manager is not going to be around until Thursday. Then who manages the store? They wont give my money back and the lab people keep messing with my glasses. The "supervisor" Jimmy treated me "respectfully" with all the irony and sarcasm he learned working for the industry (hope they dont teach that behavior at school). Look me in the eyes while telling me you cannot solve my problem! - Can I see the doctor? - Shes not here yet. - At what time does she come? - Shortly. - Can you tell me her schedule? - Shes coming shortly. After one hour of endless torture they reviewed and decided to send the glasses back to the technicians. - Ive contacted the manager and somebody is going to get in touch with you shortly. - So what and when is going to be? - Sr, theyll call you shortly. - Can you answer me? Do you have any answers for your client? - Sr, Im answering. How these people keep their jobs being that incompetent? When they ask you to pay, theres no way to skip it until getting the result, but who protects me from being treated this way? The funny thing is I was not the only one with this kind of problem, but of course the only one complaining. (UPDATE 06/29/16) Guess what? Its been almost 3 month since I ordered my glasses. Ive turned them back about 4 times. Always the same - Wrong Axis! The thing about the personnel is, they were trained to answer: "Wear them for a week and see if you can get used to..." as they tried on me more times than I can remember. PEOPLE, dont be shy, ask them to double check your glasses. If they keep sending them wrong it means only one thing, they need to do some serious calibration/adjustment works to the technology used in the creation process of the lenses. But most important, people are leaving the store with wrong crafted glasses and reviewing the NICE staff. Thats their job, to be nice! Yours? To leave the store with a product thats worth the MONEY youve spent there. Finally I got my money back and now Ill just wait. If they DO consider me as a client (which Im not yet) theyll keep trying to make my glasses right. Hey, MyEyeLab! I dont see waves through the lenses due to my astigmatism, but because the glasses youre making are defective. You know what? If youre trying to settle things with a "client" like me, not double, but triple check before calling me saying they are ready to pick up. Im tired of your negligent attitude towards a so delicate thing - OUR VISION! (Still waiting for someone from above in the chain of command answers)

Called in and had scheduled an appointment. Initially when I first called they told me that I would have to pay only 20 dollars for my eye exam, i was like oh wow this is awesome!! When I got there and did the eye exam they charged my card 35 dollars for the exam I asked them why? when i was told that it would be done for 20 dollars. Their response " Who told you that?" they guy on the phone who i spoke to the previews Friday on the phone!!! Did that change anything ? No. Lured me to take my eye exam over there by lying to me on the phone about the price. But check this out now, Then I get my prescription and they dont add my PD on my prescription. They put everything on the prescription except my PD and by the way they had measured that. I called and told them my PD is missing on my prescription and its empty on the paper. The lady on the phone is telling me that they cant give me that information because im not buying the glasses at their store so they cant be reliable for someone else that is issuing me the glasses with the prescription that they provided me with. ARE THEY SERIOUS ??? Ive been to numerous exams in my past and this is the first time ever someone told me they wont give me my PD. I freaking paid for my exam it shows it on my prescription PD which is BLANK. I told them from the get go Im only here to do an eye exam, why would my PD not count with the eye exam ? But they pressure others so much into buying their glasses which is not appealing to me. All i wanted was an eye exam to be done which i was charged 35 dollars although the man said 20, which then they refused to give me my PD after they took that measurement. This must be a Florida thing because when i lived in NY that never happen to me. How you going to take all that information down for my prescription but refuse to provide me MY PD distance. Shouldve told me from the beginning that you guys are not giving that out unless i purchase my glasses in their store. if i wouldve received that option then I wouldve went somewhere else to get a COMPLETE PRESCRIPTION WITH MY PD INCLUDED. PS: the only reason why I didnt purchase the glasses from their store is because i dont like them and they are too pricey.

First off let me preface my comments saying once you get thru the BS sales gimmicks you can pickup a good couple of pairs of glasses with an exam cheaper than anyone else except if you order your Glasses online. That said here are my issues with the sales tactics... 1. They will tell you before you pay your Glasses will be ready in 7 days. Not true their policies are 7 to 10 business days. So figure a minimum of 2 weeks before your Glasses will arrive. My second pair (prescription sun) took even longer. In the 3 visits I have made to this store I have heard at least 6 phone calls received where this had to be explained to customers trying to find out about when their glasses will be available. Clearly this is part of their sales plan to get people to pay and then are stuck waiting. -1star. 2. My second pair of prescription sunglasses took 3 and a half weeks to be ready for pickup. Glasses were supposed to have gradiant tint, showed up fully tinted. Was told they would have to be sent back. Didnt bother as I dibt want to wait another 3 weeks. -1 star. 3. The third beef I have is the sales person slipped in a charge for replacement warranty without even discussion or my consent. The receipt/bill I got was four and a half pages long and the charge was buried in there. I have never seen a bill like this where the cost for each lens (4 for two pairs of glasses) and frame. -1 star. I suspect that the sales people are working on commission or have sales quotas. You definitely have to be sharp to not be hooked into upsales for better lenses, coatings etc. If you are uncomfortable confronting these tactics I suggest you stay away. Frame selection is limited, but a fair mix at the lowest price points for BOGO. As far a quality of frames/lenses I would say that they are as good as what I purchased directly from China online and I am satisfied. Eye exam was good and I had known my prescription had changed and I needed to update. I have been wearing glasses for 25+ years of my adult life and usually order on-line replacements. I would go back again for the $19 exam but not likely for frames/lenses.
