Where even to begin... This team is fantastic, start to finish. My initial exam was -woah- crazy efficient. Steven and MaryAnn just moved things right along! They gave me a starter set of contacts until I was ready to order lenses and frames. Returning a couple weeks later to do just that, the first set of frames Cynthia pulled off the shelf were PERFECT. Plus they were by a local designer, even better! I ordered my lenses and frames, was told a week to two weeks everything would be in for me. Got back to my office and TWO hours later, Cynthia calls - they have lenses for me. Boom. I ran over and picked them up and she had even filled out the rebate form for me. Today, one week later, I picked up my frames and they are perfect. Downtown Eyes is perfect. I cannot possibly think of a way for them to be better. Maybe the BEST customer experience I have had in this calendar year. THANK YOU MaryAnn, Steven and Cynthia! YOU ROCK!

Wow! Downtown Eyes continues to show professionalism, competency, and created yet another pleasant experience for myself and my two children. Dr. Zastrow was attentive to our needs, communicated effectively-- creating a comfortable, engaging chair-side manner-- and her knowledge and love for optometry and patient care were evident in her detailed examinations. The supporting team are experts in handling insurance and billing questions. They are honest with costs upfront, remain current with trends in the eye care industry and are excellent at suggesting frames -- Ive never received so many compliments on my glasses! My family and I highly recommend this office for their organization and strong business skills, and continued desire to offer the best care for their patients.
