I recently went to Uptown Vision Clinic and was surprised at how pleasant the experience was. The staff (which there are quite a few given that its not that big of a place) are all very professional and friendly, and what I appreciated most was that the whole process was very efficient. I waited for less than 5 minutes before my appointment began, and I was never left waiting for more than a few minutes, before moving on to the next step. It was recommended that I start using glasses for the computer & reading and someone patiently helped me try on various styles in order to find the pair that looked the best. I ordered the glasses and they arrived in 4 business days. Super quick, super easy, and I would definitely recommend them.

This is the best vision clinic I have EVER been to. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the selection of frames are great, and both Dr. Sabre and Dr. Swenson are terrific at what they do. Over the years, Ive struggled to find a good pair of contacts that work well for me. Any time I have issues, it is easy to make an appointment, and the doctors work dilligently to make sure Im in a set of contacts that is comfortable for me. They are always willing to send you home with as many brands of free trial pairs until you are confident youve found the "perfect" contacts. Ive since moved out of the neighborhood but continue to drive back because I like Uptown Vision Clinic so much!

Its rare that I will leave a review on a medical care provider, but I will happily make an exception for Uptown Vision Clinic. The opthamologists are some of the most caring and attentive Ive experienced. No questions are dismissed. All concerns addressed. Honesty is paramount. The opticians tell me the truth when I ask how frames look. As Jean told me the first time I selected frames and asked her how they looked, "We can do better". She was right, of course. Ive received many, many compliments on glasses Ive purchased there and each time I direct them back to Uptown Vision.

I came into Uptown Vision several years ago, after a horrible experience with the wrong contacts left my corneas scratched. Drs Sabre and Swenson, Jean and Veronica worked SO SO hard to get everything right for me and it worked. I cant say enough positive about Uptown Vision... I am always eager to send people I know to them, as I know they will receive a combination of the most modern care, happy, eager, knowledgable patient care and Uber-cool frame selections.... and I was able to be refitted with great contacts... THiS PLACE ROCKS!

I have been a patient at the Uptown Vision Clinic since my early forties when I first noticed my vision was changing. Dr. Sabre and Jean and Dr. Swenson and all the staff have been very professional and taken very good care of my eyes. I will admit I am no longer in "my forties" and am once again having some changes in my vision. I wouldnt think of switching to anyone new despite the fact I drive a little further to visit them. Best of all, I always know wherever I am "being seen" I look my best. Thank You Everyone! DJ

I highly recommend Uptown Vision Clinic. I purchased my first pair of glasses there a few months ago, and Veronica was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable in assisting me in finding glasses that met my needs. All of the front office staff, for that matter, were wonderful and delightful. They formed a "judges panel" and all voted on the pair of glasses that fit me best. They were very sweet and helpful, and it was a fun experience. I will definitely return in the future!

I have been a patient at Uptown Vision for over 15 years. The service and eye wear selection can not be beat. Frames are on the mid to higher price range, however you will not see these frames in other retail locations. If you have eye insurance its basically the same pricing as the mass retailers. Great place for those looking for unique glasses to fit their personality. Doctors and staff are friendly and treat you like you are their top priority each time you visit.

At Uptown Vision Clinic, the doctor was extremely informative and the exam was very thorough--I left confident that my prescription was correct. There is a great selection of frames to choose from and very helpful staff to help you find the perfect frames for your face. Ive been a patient at Uptown Vision for several years. Ive seen Dr.Sabre, Dr. Swensen and Dr. Martin. All are very friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything. I have never felt rushed. Jeanne in the glasses department has helped me find some very fashionable eye wear that gets me compliments everywhere I go. She knows what looks good on me and gives her honest opinion of what doesnt.

Dr. Swenson is marvelous! I have a difficult prescription -- 12 diopters + astigmatism + far-sightedness. Hurried optometrists can easily evaluate my eyes incorrectly, and inexperienced opticians have made errors in my glasses more than once. Uptown Vision really takes its time with its patients, making sure things are done well.
