My children were new patients for this clinic. I was pleased with the eye exams, however was charged $30 for a "class" for someone to watch my son put trial contact lenses in after I explained he had been doing it on his own all week after wearing contacts for several years. The process took maybe 15 minutes. I worked in the business years ago and this was a service that was never charged and included instruction for ongoing care of the lenses. I contacted another distributor immediately after leaving, and they were also shocked when I told them what I was charged for. I will be getting his prescription and ordering the lenses elsewhere because no doubt they would overcharge for those as well. They clearly are not interested in keeping new patients at this location.

They were especially kind and just all around awesome to my dad. Dr. Krietlow was professional, skilled and had an amazing sense of humor. Will recommend this store to everyone.
