After lying over the phone, I was told my appointment time was at 9:30 a.m. We show up the same day at 9:25 a.m. just to be told our appointment was supposedly at 9:00 a.m. After the little communication we did have 9:30 was confirmed. As a new customer I was extreme surprised to see such rude customer service take place. There was absolutely no one in the waiting room, and yet the receptionist remained extremely rude. In no ways would I like to belittle Dr. Stevens practice as I did not even get the chance to meet him. However, I was very disappointed to see such a rude and unprofessional staff and no reminder calls or extended communication and no sense of catering to the needs of a patient. If given the chance try another dermatologist in the area.

Dr. Stevens and staff are good. However, after my experience with P.A. Burns, I will not go back. Maybe it was a bad day, but he was abrasive and uncaring at a time when I needed someone to understand and want to help.

If you want to actually be seen, I would suggest finding another place to try. After sitting in the room for 40 minutes without seeing anyone I finally left.

Staff is very unprofessional and can be heard talking about other patients. Very high-school. Doctor was good, but staff unprofessional.
