Dr Nelson and his team have worked tirelessly to help with issues that Ive been afflicted with. Some not so easy to diagnose either, as a patient who may have the starting phases of ms I have a plethora of ms type symptoms yet no dx of ms yet, one symptom I have is severe itching on my hands and feet, they have gone above and beyond to help find a cream that will help keep me from digging and scratching until I bleed. While keeping costs in mind.

The medication that was prescribed to me caused a problem far worse than the mild acne I originally came in for and their receptionist is a very offputting woman. Very rude and short every time I would try to contact the office. So much so that I decided to find a different dermatologist.

Dr. Nelson is very attentive. Though late in the day he took the time to talk with my 8-year-old son, making him feel important. I feel he truly cares about his patients. Nurses were nice as well and spent extra time to find something for us. I definitely recommend this office.

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a dermatologist and decided to call to book an appointment. The receptionist was extremely condescending on the call. I have excellent insurance through my company and this office, due to the receptionist, will not see a dime.
