Dr. Patel and the True dermatology staff are amazing. Appointments are easy to schedule, the staff is courteous and efficient. I spend very little time waiting every time I go. Dr. Patel is very professional and his practice is very patient centered. I highly recommend him to anybody looking for a great dermatologist. I noticed improvements in my complexion within a 1 month time period, also, every treatment he offers is very reasonably priced. I am so happy I discovered True dermatology!

I was very pleased with Dr. Patel and his staff at True Dermatology. Dr. Patel performed the MOHS procedure on me. He is one of the very few dermatologists in Alabama certified in MOHS. The surgery was a complete success. I was very impressed when Dr. Patel telephoned me as a follow up to ensure I was doing well. I will continue to use TRUE Dermatology for all of my dermatological needs. Great doctor and staff !!!

Dr. Patel is the most compassionate and helpful dermatologist I have ever been to. He even saw me the same day I called. He has great bedside manners! Ive been to many dermatologists, but he was the only one to actually listen and diagnose my condition correctly. I feel much better now that I am under his care. Had an accident and cut off the tips of my fingers and Dr Patel placed a skin graph from my forearm on my fingers and now 4 weeks later its as if it has never happened! this man is a miracle worker! plus the staff is mazing and sweet!
