Excellent care today from a physician widely respected (and recommended by other physicians) in the community. The complaint of poor treatment by a staff member should have been directed to Dr. Mackey or his office manager, not the public web (unless no satisfactory response was received). A good professional reputation shouldnt be damaged by a single drive-by criticism of subordinate staff behavior. My two cents.

Chasity Stiglet

I didnt like the way he just waved my sons eczema off. Talking about his kids have the same thing. He did give me his cell number and was nice. But I drove 2 hours just to see him and he acted like there wasnt a problem with my sons skin when he couldnt sleep from his skin itching. I wont be going back

Unorganized. Supposed to have 10:00 appointment. Told one hour wait, then listened to receptionist tell everyone that walked in One hour wait. Everybody Can be an hour wait when the office is packed and lining up. Someone needs to work on organization.

Very poor service. Receptionist Shana Ingram, snatched paperwork and rolled her eyes while check my child in. Reported to her immediate boss and was blown off. Will never come back to this office! Very unprofessional!

I have been to Dr. Mackey for my daughter and myself. We have never had any problems at all. Dr. Mackey and his staff have always been very nice and professional. I wish more doctors were like him.

I went to Dr. Mackey as a teenager, and now he sees my son. I love him and the care he shows for my son and I. The office staff is always helpful and friendly.
