I do not even think 1 star is worth this Clinic. I went about 3 weeks ago because of my skin itching. I have been known to have folliculitis before and I knew I would have to see a dr to get any meds for it. I called a dr office in my hometown and asked if they knew of any great dermatology clinics and this one was suggested. I told the dr I saw at the clinic about my past history with folliculitis, she still insisted that it wasnt that and gave me a Rx for a pill and cream, to which the cream didnt have a generic for so I spent $60 between both of them. All the cream did was calm my skin, and it started itching again right after I stopped using it. I had asked a co-worker what they thought it was and she said her husband just got diagnosed with folliculitis and it looked exactly the same. I then in turned call this clinic back and asked to speak with a nurse, and she said that they werent available and that she would leave a message for them to call. I told her specifically I was in school and that if they werent able to call me that day, I needed to let her know the times I would be available the next day for them to call because I had final exams the next day. She promised they would call me back that day, well they didnt. I missed the call the next morning because I was taking a test. When I returned the call the lady on the phone seemed like it was a problem for her to leave a message for a nurse since I had already missed their call. 6 hours later, I still had not received a return call back to me. The same lady answered the phone and said, "I have already left them a message once this morning, they will get back to you when they get time!" I then asked her to see if a nurse was available, when she returned to the line, her response was, "They are busy, you will just have to wait." Then I asked her to let me speak with her office manager, guess what, her office manager was on vacation, but she still transferred me to make me even more mad. I then called back and by this time I was furious, and I asked her why she would do that, and she laughed. FINALLY, I was able to talk to a nurse that explained things a little better, but then when I told her I wasnt paying my $45 co-pay again because its a problem that I told the dr it was and she said it wasnt, they want me to pay for my co-pay again. Sorry, not doing that since the dr didnt listen the first time. The nurse also explained to my that it was an office policy that if messages are left after noon that day, they would be most likely returned the next day. If it is a policy, why wasnt I told that? Does the staff not know policies and guidelines of their job? If they are going to give one patient a run around like me, they are going to do it to another one. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. I called the dr office that referred me to this clinic and told them my problems and they said that I am the 3rd person this month that has called them and told them how bad their experience had been and that they would not be referring anyone else to them. Had my experience been not so horrible with the office staff, I dont think I would have been this mad if someone would have just took the time to explain things.

Was seeing Dr. Bell for wart removal on one hand. Was also given this name by a local doctor in White County area. Decided to write review due to age of other reviews, to show issues still exist. Although staff was generally professional with us, they always seemed rushed. So waiting, waiting, waiting,....then a staff member rushed in, performed wart freezing, then rushed out. Only saw Dr. Bell on first visit, from then, only nurses or some other Dr. there. Due to area of wart, slightly under finder nail at back, procedure was very painful. None of the staff seemed to care that it was (and patient was 10 yrs old), and we had to deal with a sobbing child for the next hour. Then when insurance was not paying promptly enough, I made the mistake of paying them up to date, with the promise from them that once insurance kicked in I would get a check cut back to me from them. Three months have gone by with every excuse why check was not cut end of last month (and yea they ONLY cut checks on last day of each month, and only the Manager can do this). According to the billing office person she puts in request, then as she put it, "It out of my hands". She implied herself that manager was not doing her job regularly. So still waiting for $148 back that was paid out over 7 months ago. And to top everything off, warts are still there and never even shrunk in size throughout all treatments. Am 52 years old and suggested to them several times that due to place wart was at back of nail, that cutting it out would only way to get rid of roots. But what do I know, I have only know about wart treatments for 40 years, whereas a just out of a 2 year nursing school, nurse seems to think the NEXT treatment will take care of it. Live and learn. I lived it, and you should learn from us. Find a closer to home, place to go. This Dr. must be giving out referral fees to other doctors.

If i could give MBoro Derm less than one star I would. First off, the entire staff has an awful bedside manner. Secondly, the quality of their work is horrendous. These were my 6th and 7th moles to have removed, and I have never been left with a scar before, these were awful! It looks like I was bit by a vampire on my stomach, and Dr Bell didnt even do it, he left one of his ill mannered nurses to it and she practically left a gaping hole there even after stitches. On top of that they didnt even remove all of the mole, so I need to have the removal done all over again! When I received my bill and complained, they said they wouldnt do anything, well I definitely wont be paying you and I definitely wont be coming back. Thanks for nothing Dr Bell.

My appt. was 3:00 that advised me to be there 15 min. early to fill out insurance paper work. I arrived at 2:45 Im typing this message at 3:45 in the waiting room and they still have not called me in to see a doctor! I have read all the bad reviews on this horrible clinic but I was not able to get another office visit this short of notice and I needed to get in to see a doctor. I would agree to the less than one star if they had it on the review for posting. I will defiantly use another Dermatologist for a minor skin rash. I will try posting later if I can even get into see a doctor. For the Doctor review.
