This is the worst pediatric center I have ever been to. My 3 year old son was feeling really sick and had a small fever.I called all nearby pediatric centers and they all had a long wait, so I called Grace Pediatrics (i had never heard of them before so i think were new) to see if the doctor there could see him and they said that I could come in an hour (at 11). So I arrive and they have me fill out paperwork and then the receptionist comes over and asked me if I could finish my paper work and come back in 2 hours, "after they take their lunch break." At this point I was blown away by the fact that she had the NERVE to basically tell me that they would rather be at a McDonalds than do their job. Obviously, I wouldnt be seeking help unless I actually needed it, especially last minute. And not to mention the fact that I was the only person waiting and the last patient just left, they still wouldnt give my 3 year old at least 5 minutes of their time. Way to be professional...I owe my thanks to the minute clinic!

My children have been patients of Dr. Hazelton since their birth and I have never ever been disappointed with her. She has shown them so much care and shows genuine interest in their well-being. I am sad that I have to switch doctors because of all the changes that have been made. The wait times have drastically increased, appointments are only available a month later. Grace Pediatrics has grown a lot and they have awesome doctors so I understanding but scheduling is no longer convenient to me and I think its sad to sacrifice patients or force them to deal with long wait times and pushed out appointments just because you want to have as many patients as possible. Money has obviously been deemed more important than the convenience and time of the patients. So sad to go.

Been going here since my eldest son was 2 years old, he is now 8. My youngest just recently had a visit and paid a visit to the new location recently since I was so use to the old location located in Smyrna (not far from each other at all). We did see Dr. Hughes at the time but he no longer stays at the pediatric clinics. He goes and visit the little babies at the main hospital. We then had Dr. huttchenson (spelling) she moved to a different practice. Love her! So now we go see Dr. Stimpson! She is the sweetest and informative with every questions I have asked her. Love the new location seriously, front desk Miss. Cassie is always there and on it checking in, and handling insurance process and etc. Great staff!

Pros - very friendly staff, Dr Haselton is absolutely wonderful with my son and genuinely seems to care about his development and care. Cons - same issue as a previous commenter, we were having issues trying to get newborn on insurance. The people at the front desk said they refused to see him unless we paid out of pocket, which was simply rediculous, they REFUSED to bill us. Also, we had to make a run up there once after my son fell off the couch and hit his head, Dr Haselton referred us to the Childrens Hospital downtown and said they would not charge for the office visit... after about a month I got a bill in the mail for that visit >_<

i love this office they are very kind and the doctor will sit down with you and the kid and explain everything in human term but i was letting my children go to Vanderbilt ped and they are crappy i love that hospital and all but i wouldnt recommend that office for anything. my soon to be 1 year young son had a fever on many occasions and they say call them first well i did that and that nurse that answered my call said to call in the morning and make an appt well i said screw that and took him to emergency room and came out that he had RSV and was hospitalized so neat less to say i changed doctors.

I love Dr.Ketchum and all the wonderful nurses and help at this office. I have went to one other peds office in Murfreesboro, the big one that everyone goes to, and it was not even comparible to this office. We are greeted by name on the rare occasions that we come here for shots or checkups. Our doctor has always been very natural friendly and kept us very informed on things we need to know, and has helped up through a few first time parent scares. We just love it here because of the cleanliness of the office and respectful professionalism of all of the employees here!

Do not waste your time, or risk your newborns health with this place. They refused to see my newborn son because he was not on the insurance yet, even tho he has been seen here twice before. We understood, and let it slide. After fixing out insurance...finally... we get another appointment for his 2 month shots. My wife arrived 12 minutes late, and they refused to still see my son with an EMPTY waiting room. He still does not have his 2 month shots. So we are now looking for a new pediatrician. Terrible place, and only concerned about money, not childrens health.

Our regular pediatrician retired and we were looking for a new one. Called around and asked some questions and decided to move all the kids here. They are a little less conservative than I am in their approach (I am a little more "Try this for a day or two, then do this, then do this."), but I figure they deal with so many parents who want it fixed yesterday, they just need more time to get to know me :-). We do mostly well visits since all my kids are basically healthy (1 sick visit every 2-3 years), but those have all been great!

I had planned to meet with Dr. Hughes as we were leaving our current pediatrician because he was too far away, but before the appointment my son got sick and I called them, they were able to get me in within the hour. The front desk receptionist was incredibly kind, and welcoming and answered all of my questions. We met with Dr. Ketchum, and she was fantastic, incredibly thorough and so nice. I have a great feeling about moving my kids to this pediatric office!

We changed to Grace after being unhappy with a pediatrician we chose when we moved to Rutherford county. I have been pleased with the professionalism and empathy at this office. One complaint is sometimes long wait times, but thats to be expected especially during certain times of the year. And this office has always - ALWAYS - worked in my toddlers when we had an emergency come up (ear infection, flu, etc).
