My husband has seen two different doctors at this facility. Dr. Lincini was the first one he saw for a deformity caused from avascular necrosis. He was very nice and straight to the point. Letting my husband know upfront that the risks of a surgery were too great due to a bone infection he had gotten after one of his surgeries. Today he saw Dr. Steiner for a shoulder injury he sustained from work in 2014. Neglegence of his employer is why it has taken so long for him to see a doctor. We finally had to get our own health insurance so my husband could be seen to try to get this shoulder problem resolved. I agree it is an odd story since my husband was employeed by a shoulder surgeon who also owns a tire store. I personally felt very uncomfortable with Dr. Steiners actions and thought that my husband was lying to him. Even our attorney was in disbelief until he had to deal with the defendants. My husband was not seeking pain meds. He would just like his shoulder fixed so he can use his arm again. Never have I ever had a doctor act this way towards me or my spouse. We were very upset when we left.

My first action upon moving to Bloomington from Texas was to fall on Kirkwood Avenue. I knew Id injured my knee but thought time would heal it. So -- over the next five months it got worse, and worse -- until I was visiting St. Meinrads Archabbey in far southern Indiana and a motorized cart backed into the injured knee. I hobbled -- literally -- into Dr. Steiners office, who ordered an MRI and announced that I had thoroughly chewed up the meniscus. At that point, I was limited to walking about 10 steps in any direction without assistance. Dr. Steiner scheduled and performed the surgery, and within three days I was walking around the house unassisted. The onsite physical therapy department there was absolutely top-notch -- they couldnt have been more supportive and encouraging! Absolutely one of the very best experiences Ive had with any doctor, and FAR better than the level of medical care I received in Texas!

An excellent place for your orthopedic needs. I suffered a knee injury and they had me scheduled for MRI the next day on-site. Very professional, very friendly. I am in the military and they understood my need to get back to top health but also took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be done in order to maintain that level of health after an injury. Their on-site physical therapy section was fantastic. Its one of those rare places where, eventhough you are injured and recovering, you actually look forward to going there because the people are so nice. I made a very rapid recovery and was able to continue my regular aggressive physical routines.

I suffered a very bad tibia fracture the spring of 2014. Dr Mast and Dr. Steiner performed my surgery and did a magnificent job. I have followed up with therapy through their office and cannot say enough good things about everyone I have worked with. I am very grateful for the exceptional care I received.

Dr. Mast saw me in ER after a very complicated break in my finger and then later through rehab. He was patient to answer all my curious questions, and had GREAT bedside manner. (A refreshing change after having dealt with multiple doctors, for various reasons, throughout my life. I highly recommend him!

"We dont do backs." "Well, can you recommend someone in Bloomington who does?" "No." "Is there someone there who can recommend a back doctor?" "Probably not." A good medical office will try to help you get care no matter what. This office failed at the level of the appointments person.

My grandson had hand surgery and his doctor was awesome did a fabulous job and explained everything that would be done and that we needed to do to care for My little guy he was really scared since he is only six years old and his team did a great job with him.

I had two great surgeons. Dr. Steiner repaired my shattered shoulder and Dr. Licini replaced my knee. Both surgeries were successful and had no pain after following the therapy rehab program.

No flexibility in scheduling at all. If you need to reschedule they push you three weeks out. Hard to get a hold of ppl also. Phone just rings and rings.
