I have had sever headaches since I was a child. Years of doctors telling me they had no idea what could be causing them and prescribing pain killers that did little to help me. Dr Way listened to my case, suggested I might have cluster headaches and gave me several options to stop them. After doing some more research I realized he was completely spot on and the preventative methods he suggested have kept me pain free for several years. His knowledge and willingness to work with me have been a blessing and I fully recommend him.

We had tremendous problems with billing. They submitted us to a collection agency AFTER we had called on the phone and tried to pay. Later, they submitted to the insurance who covered the charges. My question - if our insurance was willing to pay - why was this submitted to a collection agency? Poor organization and billing. Tremendous communication problems with secretary.

i saw dr way when i had double vision and was refered by eye doc. dr way ordered a spinal tap at blgnt. hospital whenasked if he needed help he said no. he stuck me twice before having radiology do it. later i found out it was at least a two person procedure. it took three months to get results. needless to say the man never sent me a bill.

Put my boyfriend on several meds that did nothing to help and when my boyfriend wanted to be put back on original meds he refuse. So we switched doctors and and hes back on original meds and adjustments were made everything good now. Dr way just wanted to continue to use my boyfriend as a guinie pig.
