Extraordinarily unorganized and unprofessional... My very first visit I waited over two hours just to be seen, which I find hilariously ironic since in my initial paperwork included a contract that stated that if I was late for any reason I would be required to pay $45. This contract stated that even a death in the family was not an excused absence and that you would still be held financially responsible. While in the waiting room/living room another patient stated how she had previously waited 6..... SIX HOURS to be seen. My husband and I have seen several psychiatrist in the past, and we both agree that this is BY FAR THE WORST WEVE EVER SEEN.

Highley disorganized and unprofessional. Have been the office 3 times and each time have been sitting for 3 to 5 hours past the appointment times that they schedule. Allows patients to leave and come back as they please causing appointments to be pushed back even further. Receptionist is a joke. The office doesnt require patients to sign in so they dont know who is in the office or who is next. Parking is even a buffer joke, especially when the appointments are pushed back. Highly recommend finding a different doctor and only coming to Kapely as a LAST RESORT!

This doctor is completely unorganized, a relic of the past. He continuously shows up 1-3 hours late so definitely dont schedule an appointment before noon. Many times leaving the office AFTER 8PM. Very inconsiderate of other peoples time and lives.

Called to initiate appointment. Left a message. 2 days later still no return call. Have tried calling since 9am. VM says they answer calls starting at 9:30. Ive called 6 times since 9:30. Still just VM which you cannot leave a message on.
