My husband and I have seen Dr. Holloway for years. We moved away for a while and came back and re-established with him. I am now pregnant and got what we thought to be spider bite. I called my Obgyn and she said to see my PCP or a walk-in immediately. I couldnt get into Dr. Holloways office so I went to a walk in clinic. They gave me a medicine that you are not supposed to take during pregnancy. I followed up two days later with the PA in Dr. Holloways office. I brought in the medicine bottle, stated more than a few times that I was pregnant, and he praised the medicine I was for being good for tick, spider, and other unknown bites, not catching that it is not good during pregnancy. I ended up in the ER 7 days later for other reasons and they were mortified instantly when they found out I was on that medicine. I called my Obgyn about it and she too was unhappy. And to top it, I just got a huge bill from here and all the PA did was talk to me. He didnt prescribe meds or do anything. UGH Very nice personality but maybe he needs to freshen up on medicines. I will not be going back!!!

Excellent practice. Staff was professional and friendly, facility was very clean, and wait time was short. UPDATE 11/8/2016 Very disappointed. After my first visit I was thrilled with the great service so I decided to bring my children for their wellness exams. After waiting for an hour I was told my insurance could not be verified because the "system was down." The information I was given was that I was ineligible and I was given a sheet of paper with information from my previous insurance which is from two years ago along with the wrong address. If the "system was down" none of that outdated information would have been available. It is rare that I write reviews but I am beyond frustrated that I wasted a day off from work. I thought I had found a new healthcare provider but I was wrong. Ive had no problems with my insurance at any other TriStar facility or any other providers.

I called made an appointment. I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early. I waited an hour and was NEVER seen. They didnt even call to see where I was after I left. I had excuriating back pain was there with my 4 month old and NEVER received care. I will never go to this place again. I was trying to establish a primary care physician and apparently this place does not care about new patients or people in general. Another thing that made it worse was I was the ONLY person in the waiting room. So its not as though they were super busy and were behind, they just didnt care. Terrible do not waste your time with these "doctors."

Short wait time up front, when I get in a room, shes here immediately. Always so nice. Im getting older so my Dr. Says think about, this and that. I need someone to watch out for my cholesterol, etc. Staff here is Very smart and experienced. Im treated like Im cared about. Im in construction, so I go here from cuts and burns to having the flu. Ive lived in the area my whole life and seen many places over the years. Finally.... found the right place. Health care is really the most important choice, Choose wisely! Choose TriStar healthcare at cane ridge.

Dr. Holloway & staff are among the best healthcare providers I have ever seen. Caring, dedicated, concerned, patient-all describe my interactions with this practice. I trust Dr. Holloway to oversee my health concerns because I know he takes me seriously. If I have a concern, he also has a concern. His staff are professional, helpful and pleasant to be around. When my employer changed insurance and this practice became "out of network" for me, I would not leave. Having a physician I trusted and felt confidence in was worth any amount of money!

Dr. John Lee is great! He is my go to for this practice but I also have had great experiences with other doctors. He is very kind, personable, and trustworthy. I know I am in good hands when I go here. Whether its fitting you into their schedule or calling in a prescription, I know I can count on them. The ladies up front are genuine and make you feel comfortable as well. The environment is well kept and clean. Thank you guys for your hard work and honesty!

Great staff who are professional, caring, and attentive. Dr. Schweitzer is amazing and extremely thorough. I came here to establish care with a smaller more attentive practice and was gifted with individuals that seem to actually care about the patients they see every day. I have always been acknowledged upon coming into the office. It is always clean and spotless and I have never waited more than 30 minutes to see the Dr. Great practice.

The only reason I went to this office was for a prenatal referral. I paid for and went through the appt. then was informed they would not refer me to my preferred midwife group. Per their policy they would only refer to a MD. Now I have to switch PCPs to someone more accommodating that will let me go where I choose for prenatal care. An extra step and more money spent is not what I wanted to deal with in the midst of morning sickness.

I continue to be pleased with the levels of attention and care I receive at each visit. My wait time is reasonable. Each staff member performs his duties professionally and with a smile. I never feel rushed by Dr. Holloway - he makes me feel Im the only patient he has for the day and answers all my questions and ensures my understanding of all instructions or plans of care. This office and staff ROCKS!

Dr Holloway has a genuine concern for his patients. He listens in order to have a full understanding of your issue and makes sure he understands and addresses any questions you may have. Hes very knowledgeable and professional. I love he doesnt make you feel rushed during your visit. I would give him 10 stars if I could. His staff is very professional as well!!

Great practice. Dr. Schweitzer is extremely friendly and up to date on the latest medical procedures. She takes time to listen and explains the procedures that need to be done and why. She addresses all of my concerns and makes sure everything is clear before ending the appointment. Her staff is extremely helpful and kind. I would recommend her to anyone.

Its always great to see Dr Holloway and his staff. The doctor always questions me on changes in my life and my wellbeing , using this questioning to help him keep me healthy.
