As with other reviewers, the wait times for receiving care are excessive. Finally being seen by Dr. Cox an hour and fourty-five minutes after the scheduled appointment time is unacceptable. Also, after moving their offices, patient medical records could not be located resulting in re-submission of medical history and patient demographics. Where is all of the patient information if the provider cannot access it? Contacting this office is a nightmare. It is not unusual for the Patient Portal to be unavailable, as it is again today. It is no surprise that no one is available to answer calls and frequently calls are not returned after leaving voicemail requests. Overall, this is the worst organized medical office I have ever experienced. When finally being seen by the medical staff, the treatment seems accurate and through so a rating of 2 stars seemed appropriate. I am, however, looking to terminate my relationship with this provider after at least a decade of visits.

Dr. Cox is a real-life "House". He saved my life more than once, detecting a rare condition that other "specialists" dismissed as lesser ailments. He also kept my grandmother alive for 20 years with a heart condition that should have killed her in less than one. Hes not at this address anymore. His new office is next to Baptist East. If hes accepting new patients, you cant do better than Harold Cox, MD.

After waiting 45 days for an appointment, I sat in the waiting area for well over an hour.. they forgot about me.. I finally let them know and left. Will not be returning as I wonder what else they forget about.
