I really, really like Dr. Jones. She has been my PCP for almost 10 years. The office has recently changed so that you tend to see NPs, which I have no issue with. However, I have noticed in the past couple of years a decline in quality of service. In the past 2 months alone, they forgot to call in an antibiotic for a diagnosed UTI and I had to wait from Thursday to Tuesday to get that remedied. I am on an antidepressant, and just 2 weeks ago, my pharmacy had contacted them about my refills and they had not responded for almost a week until I called them and told them the request had been in their office for 5 days. I had my yearly pap smear about 2 weeks ago. I am scheduled to begin my next cycle of birth control in 2 days. The prescription had still not been called in as of this morning. I had to call them to request they send the prescription in. It is unprofessional and unsafe to forget to provide prescription information. Fortunately, none of mine were life threatening, but Im sure I am not the only one this has happened to. I informed them this morning that I am changing PCPs because I am getting older and no longer trust them to provide me with basic quality care.

Dr. Jones is wonderful, everyone else, however, lacks in bedside manner and compassion. The typical wait time is over an hour, even with a scheduled appointment. Betting late one or two times is understandable, but this happens every time. Not very thorough in their work either. I came in for a three month refill on two antidepressants and the NP that came in told me they were refilling a prescription that wasnt even mine.

Cant say enough to describe how grateful my family is to have Christina Savage as our PCP. She goes the extra mile to take care of me and my children. Always cheerful, and takes the time to listen and make sure every issue is addressed. Would and have recommended her to everyone. Being greeted with that smile and easy going bedside manner, is great when youre not feeling well.
