Dr Taylor is a good family physician. However his staff is far from excellent. I called and asked for an x-ray to be sent to my chiropractor and they insisted I drive all the way up there to sign some papers in order for them to fax it to my chiro. Your very lucky if you get someone considerate enough to actually help you and not just tell you no, no matter what u want usually. (Read further down in the reviews and u see more on that.) Finally they said they would fax it over, and I didnt need to come up. When I got to the chiropractor for my appointment there was no x-ray. When I called to find out why I was told they never had the x-ray to begin with and with an attitude like how dare I inconvenience them by asking for it. I should have somehow already known they didnt have it even though it was this doctors office who had requested it in the first place. And why didnt they have it? Or couldnt they just call who did and send it over or something to help me out!? Seems odd to me but if you say so. Maybe they didnt want to cooperate because they didnt want me going to the chiropractor instead of taking pills and getting steroid injections which is all they could offer me. Or maybe its just coincidence that I got no cooperation in pursuing an alternate means to better my health? Too little too late to help, and no one in there gave a ____. Dr Joes nurse practitioner is pretty good thankfully because usually your forced to see her anyways hes difficult to actually get an appointment with and retiring soon so he doesnt seem to care much whats going on around there. Also I was there in September I paid in full to the best of my knowledge. I then get a bill months later. The women in billing was far from helpful and was rude and condescending. I went back in to the office in person and inquired about the bill and I was told I had NO outstanding balances! I asked that they double check! They did and again told me no outstanding balances were to be found! I said ok. Then another month or 2 later I receive yet another bill!!! For the same thing again! I call to inquire about it the lady was condescending and rude again and tried to tell me I hadnt even been there since September! Mind you its now March! and Ive been in there more than once since then! She continues to disagree withe repeating there was no record of me being in there since Sept. Its really too bad... I liked Dr. Taylor but Im fed up with the office staffs poor performance and poor attitudes twords people frustrated by their poor performance. I wont be back lifes too short and medical care is too expensive to have to deal with all this BS on top of it!

My family goes to this practice. I was in need of a new Doctor, gave Dr Montgomery a chance. Had an appointment set to see Dr Montgomery, but was never able to see him because they let my family reschedule an appointment for me without my consent!!!!!!!! Then blamed me for not calling. When the young brunette at the front desk was trying to explain about other appointments she was throwing out different dates, I said that I was not off on that date, she actually had the nerve to look at me and say, "I wasnt talking to you" I was beyond pissed off. I have read numerous reviews about this practice having great Doctors but the staff being horrible and now I see with my own eyes this is 100% true. I will never be back to this practice even if they offered me a life-time of free visits. This was a disgrace and I am sure that they violated a few laws by letting someone, who is not authorized on my patient records, to reschedule my appointments. DO NOT GO HERE!!

This office is completely not customer service oriented. A very controlling atmosphere and does not listen to the patients. I had both of my older kids in to see Dr. Nell Nestor. They walked away not liking her at all and told me so....I brushed it off. We are new to Tennessee from IL. We all have had wonderful relationships with all doctors everywhere in IL. They refused to redo the 3 months of prescriptions for my daughter (because they wrote it out wrong...which also happened for my sons prescriptions too). I turned all 3 back in to be redone and they refused...citing that they need to see her again. Away at college in another state and they cant bend. Its not even bending any healthcare rule...it was they just refused. I would never, ever let that person be anyones doctor. Its a relationship and two way street with a persons doctor. They pretty much summed up that they dont do relationships. Stay away!!

Id avoid these guys, very uppity on the phone.. refuses to accept cash/credit or anything if you are not covered by insurance that instant, wouldnt even schedule an appointment for when insurance begins even when presented with insurance information. Conacted my insurance rep and he informed me this is a common practice among offices that charge for every single thing they can and Id be better off finding one that didnt care if you was handing them cash or paperwork.. Clearly they dont care about the patients here, just the money.

Dr. Joseph Taylor is my family medicine doctor. He is extremely professional, warm and actually listens to what you have to say. Despite being busy, I never feel rushed by him. He has excellent bedside manner. He has been my family physician for several years, and I would recommend him to anyone. The staff has always been friendly and efficient.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating to every need. Appointments with certain doctors are kind of hard to get because of the amount of patients, but the care is worth the wait. Doctors Montgomery and Taylor are caring and great family doctors.

Ive been a patient for several years they are quick to get you in often same day. They were very reasonable rates when I was between jobs and insurance had to pay cash. Great caring office glad I found them when I moved here.
