Everything about this office is wonderful except the billing department... they are literally the worst I have ever done buisness with. The person who handles billing questions is RUDE and she doesnt listen, automatically begins unprofessional and I was very disrespected just because I had some questions. Dr. Demoville, however, is one of the best! He handled my 5 year old son the way I would and made us feel like we were his only patients. Overall great experience but never expected the way I was treated by woman handling billing...I ended up speaking with the office manager, who was also amazing and understanding actually listened and all was fixed without a hitch. I imagine if I only paid and didnt have questions things would have been fine.

I have been saying Dr Demoville for many years my tube in my ear kept on bothering me so my regular doctor sent me to another ENT and thank goodness that she did that because when he did a cat-scan he found I was in terrible trouble Dr demoville does not do enough testing if you have problems that are prolonged with a tube or inner ear it needs to be further checked out he doesnt follow through on stuff like that if you have any worries that somethings not right please see another ENT
