I would have given NO stars if I could. Hamby is less than smart (to put it nicely). Her lack of basic medical knowledge is astonishing. When you ask her something, shes like a politician and talks about everything else except the question you asked. I went to her because she is REALLY easy to get into (red flag). Talk to her for 5 minutes and you will see what I mean. If you have a question after the visit, "you CANT speak to Dr. Hamby. She doesnt talk to patients over the phone." Is what you will be told. Very well, youre better off with Web MD anyways. Ive also tried her nurse, Fallos. What are the chances of 2 quacks being there? Well....birds of a feather flock together right? She is very smiley, I will say that, but is ditzy. No thank you. If I have an issue, I want my doctor to be knowledgeable, professional, and understand the importance of my life, and everyone elses as well. The care I received there was way below the standard of medical care. Also, their receptionists arent even pleasant. If you feel this review is harsh, you must understand what happened to me there. Its too much to type, but I will say I got another opinion from a great doctor, who took appropiate measures for what was going on, and in doing so, probably saved my life. Thats why I am passionate about this review. Dont let it happen to you.

Dr Mindy and her office members are flat out idiots and completly rude. They dont tell you what is needed before your appointment and if you dont have it you are turned away and they will refuse to see you or allow you to speak with anyone
