Not recommended for a CDL medical. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned in a long while (dust/dirt around base, sneeze debris on mirrors, paper towel dispenser had water spots all over it). I brought it to their attention, and they said it was only cleaned on Krogers schedule which wasnt for two more hours. The bathroom had not been REALLY cleaned in many days. What a way to spread disease. I was still there in 2 hrs and it had still not been cleaned. I was grossed out by being required to give a UA in a dirty bathroom, because (obviously and expectedly) there were sick people all over the place. It appears to me that the staff is not supported. They are doing the best they can but several things were sub-par. They were friendly, but they were out of some needed items. They said they hadnt had CDL cards in months. I had to go into the store and lift dog food for the weight test. What a weird mix of medical and groceries. Not cool. I cant recommend them and wont use Krogers clinics again.

Great experience today at this clinic after realizing 2 other area clinics didnt take my new insurance plan. Due to a delay in paperwork on the insurance company side, I wasnt able to use my insurance anyway. NP went the extra mile to find a discount coupon for the prescription she ordered to save me some money since I was paying OOP today. $89 sick visit vs $175 down the street. Didnt order extra testing, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Staff was very friendly and professional, wait was short even with a few people checked in before me. Ill​ be making this my first choice walk-in care!

Was completely shocked when Little Clinic in Smyrna TN at Sam Ridley Krogers turned me away when trying to visit. The representative pretty much told me to go to Murfreesboro because they wanted to go to lunch due to company wide lunch times. Me being patient and not feeling well, I the stated "I will wait". They then insisted I go somewhere else because me sitting there made them look bad and couldnt guarantee someone would be there to see me. What a HORRIBLE facility and staff. Shame on your practices. You made yourself look bad.

Took my wife here, they had a flu test done, and she was positive; prescribed a medicine that was $150. Now I received the office visit bill, its $110 for office and $80 for the flu test. If I knew it was going to cost me this much money I would have taken my wife to a regular clinic, I have a primary physician at Stonecrest and they charge less for office visit. Nothing Little about this clinic!

The Nurse Practitioners ( Michelle and Andrea) at this location are awesome. My son has special needs and it is very hard finding clinics to be able to accommodate him. You have to be very patient and willing to take your time with him. I have never felt like they didnt want to help him and have always diagnosed him correctly. I trust them with my family.

Unbelievably slow and rude took them over an hour to see two of the three people ahead of me so I gave up and left. Would rather feel sick at home than spend hours exposed to a lobby full of sick people. Completely inefficient to have the nurse practitioner also be the receptionist.

We have been here several times. they are always nice and helpful. We are fixed up and on our way. Pretty much always take my kids here for sick visits rather than try to schedule with their doctor.
