I wish I would have read the reviews before seeing these people. I have been in and out of doctors offices for years with health complications/some serious and some not. I have seen MULTIPLE doctors throughout my life. I have never had such a bad experience other than these people. My pcp scheduled an appt with them because of reoccurring sinus issues. I went and paid the $30 copay and as soon as I go back in the room they spray the numbing stuff in my nose and the doctor looks. They acted as if this was a normal procedure with every patient. Dr Fordice wanted me to have a sleep study and come back with the results. I had to call back months after my study because no one ever called me to schedule the follow up. Got the follow up scheduled and walk into the doctors office to check in. I am told that they cannot check me in because I am showing a balance owed on their collections. Keep in mind I scheduled this appt a month out and they had plenty of time to give me notice of this...She had to call their corporate I guess to see what was going on and asked me to call the credit reporting company while she was on the line with them because middle tn ENTs "POLICY" is that they cant see a patient til a payment plan is set up. At this point Im already frustrated because their office closes in an hour and I just rushed from work to deal with this in short notice. Because I was so sick I called the credit company to set up a payment not even knowing what the balance or charges are for, just needed to be seen. Call the agency and i am showing $350 owed (ALL I GOT WAS MY NOSE LOOKED AT GOOD GRIEF) and went ahead to just set up the payment plan to get these people to see me. I didnt have the money right then so I got it set up to take out the next week. Got off the phone with the agency and told the office lady that I got it set up to take out on the 30th and she said that wont work. Their policy also states you have to make an immediate payment on it the same day to be seen. Sorry people, Im not calling that agency back to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone again... and I dont have $350 in my pocket to throw away to you for just looking up my nostrils so I guess I will just be sick since you are refusing to help me. As soon as I got out of there I called the agency and cancelled the payment. I refuse to pay anyone that refuses to see me when Im sick just because I cant pay anything more than my copay immediately!! Get a doctor that cares about you first and your health. These people could care less. I couldve walked in there with my throat swollen shut and I honestly believe they wouldnt had seen me til they received money first. How does a business like this operate. Good luck collecting my bills!! Btw this is the first review I have ever written on google. I literally made an account just to do this and save someone their time and money from going to this place. Dr fordice in general was alright, its just the overall company you need to stay away from!!

Dr. Goco is an amazing surgeon! I just recently had sinus surgery. Dr. Goco had to perform a septoplasty, turbinate reduction, complete ethmoid, bilateral maxillary antrostomy, frontal sinus, sphenoid sinus, and fusion. I had been sick for several months and we could not find the cause until I went to Dr. Goco. My sinuses were not only in bad shape as you can see from the list of surgical procedures that were needed but I also had infection that was trapped in all of my sinus cavities. Waking up from surgery I immediately was able to breath better and hear better! I did not bruise and could tell I was going to feel so much better and be healthy once recovery was complete. I followed procedures exactly after surgery from the irrigation, saline, cleaning using hydrogen peroxide, and biatracin. My recovery has been much easier since I have followed post op directions. This surgery is so worth it! I also love that Dr. Goco uses a gel rather than packing along with my splints. I was so thankful I didnt have to deal with packing. Recovery from surgery was so much easier than the horror stories I was told by others. The difference here is no doubt that I went to Middle Tennessee Ears, Nose, and Throat. Dr. Goco is a one of a kind surgeon and I appreciate that I was listened to and heard. They made sure to get the bottom of my illness and did everything they could to make sure I have a healthy future! Dont suffer. Make that appointment! I also wanted to share that 10 years ago he removed my tonsils and adenoids. As soon as I woke up from surgery once again I felt instantly better! My tonsils had formed stones and rotted from the inside out. I had been sick for years and my primary care doctor just kept giving me antibiotics and shots to get by. I was so thankful Dr. Goco listened, examined throughly and had them removed as soon as possible. Recovery was easy! I followed post op procedures exactly as he asked and recovered well and quickly with no issues. I have not had strep since them! I can not thank Dr. Goco, his PA, nurses, and everyone at Middle TN ENT for taking top notch care of me!

I went to see this office to have a hearing test done, paid my $40 copay as required, thought this was to cover my visit to the office. Had test completed and was informed that I needed to see the doctor to have my results read, usual procedure I thought. The visit to the office was on Sept 7, 2016. Please pay attention, I paid the copay of $40. Dec 4, 2016 I was billed and additional $15 copay for having a hearing test performed. To top this off the bill was posted as past due and that if not paid by Dec 16, 2016 that it would be place into collections. I called and was told that it was the insurance company that failed to pay, so I called the insurance company, they said that it was because the office billed it as a separate issue and a separate copay was required. But we go back to, this was the only reason for my visit was the hearing test. Then also, why was I not informed up front of the additional copay! Sounds like fraud to me, a way to cheat older people who go along with the flow of things and dont pay that much attention to doctor payment because they assume they will be treated fairly. I would not recommend this doctor because of the copay shell game they are playing with people! They have outright found a way to cheat their patients.

I had a major procedure done with a dr that is no longer... and YES they nickel & dime you to death with co pays.... over $5,000 for surgery and one for the anesthetic dr. Went back to have 2!!! stitches removed = $275.00.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME !! Was referred to the Audiologist & paid top dollars for earring aids which are lovely & a God send. Tried to make a followup appt for cleaning & batteries..... and the receptionist told me because there was an outstanding balance in different office that I could NOT make an appt. THEY WERE HOLDING MY $6000 HEARING AIDS HOSTAGE FOR PAYMENT TO A DEPARTMENT THAT WAS NOT THEIRS. Twice they did this until the word attorney came out of my mouth. Payments had been made monthly as agreed.... small balance left. Paid that small balance off & got my appt. Learned NEVER see more than one doctor at a "medical center" Am furious !!!!
