I liked Dr Nathan but the girl who gave me my shots I like to call "Helga" heavy set girl who got to stab me 6 times while I cried out in pain while Dr nathan types and tries to disctract me? No one apologizes for my pain or asks if things are number before they start slicing away. They cauterize and I can feel it! I have had lots of stuff cut off my body but never had shots that hurt this bad or staff that barely looks you in the eye or care that they cause you terrible pain. I talked to 2 coworkers that did not have this experience, I went on a friday in case you wondered. I was in the ER with my son the day I was supposed to go back for results and I called to cancel they said ok Ill give Dr nathan the message... not oh my gosh hope everything is ok... nothing... they dont care to build relationships or have any compassion. I wont be back. It makes sense why I could get in so quickly. Sad because if the staff was better I could deal with Dr nathan.

Terrible reception staff, incompetent and rude. Especially April who appears to be in charge. Definitely do not go here without insurance information, they will treat you like trash. Also dont go unless you dont mind telling everyone in the reception area what all of your skin conditions are. Super unprofessional. Doesnt seem like they mind losing patients, I certainly wont be there again. The doctor is a good guy, if you can manage to get that far.
