Initially we were very happy to have found a new vet and were pleased with our interaction with Felicia. However one of our 13 week old puppies became very ill and I couldnt get the vet to call me back. I tried for 2 days left 5 messages with the same staff member. During the interaction on the third message he told me that they had too many clients and that scheduling was booked back to back from open to close. He went on to say that the vet could not possibly be expected to call me back before 8 pm on any given day. After the 4th call, and in a snotty tone, he told me that if I felt my dog needed immediate care, I should just bring him to the office and wait to be squeezed in. I did that, only to find an empty office and a hand written note on the locked door stating that that they were not available. There was no indication as to when when they would be back. I waited 40 minutes in the parking lot before leaving left to find another vet. I went back the next day to pick up my dogs records. No one had the simple courtesy to ask why I was leaving, nor did they offer any explanation or apology. I could see that Felicia was deliberately waiting until I left the building before she would come out into the waiting area. To date I still have not had any response to any of the five messages that I left for her.

I cannot thank Dr. Neuman enough for the AMAZING care she gave to our 14 year old dog, Rosie, this past weekend. Like many of you reading this review, our dog is a true member of our family. Our first visit to Summit Animal Hospital made us feel as though we were an extension of their practice. Dr. Neuman spent an incredible amount of time getting to know Rosie and our family (I have never had that experience before at any other vet). She thoroughly explained the tests she was going to run and the results the tests provided which were grim. Dr. Neuman is a compassionate and caring vet that I believe treats the entire family not just "your dog". I even received a phone call the next day checking on Rosie. We plan to transfer Rosies care as well as our other dog Cocoa over to Dr. Neuman moving forward.

I have never been to a better vet. Dr Neuman and her husband as well as thier techs are AMAZING. They are all very compassionate, willing to work with you and really have love for each and every animal that walks in thier doors. I will never go to another vet again. I will be transferring both my cat (that Dr Neuman has been working with all week) as well as my dog to thier office. Highly recommend.

Dr. Neuman was kind, compassionate, and thoughrough with her exam and explanation of treatment options. She has a bedside manner that all veterinary doctors and techs should aspire to have. She truly loves and cares about animals and it shows in her mannerisms and care.
