I have used this vet clinic many times. At the old location the facilities were not as nice but they had good care and customer service. Now they are at this new facility and customer service has gone out the window. Each of my last three visits half the staff appeared visibly to be annoyed with the things they were having to deal with. Each time I had to wait extended periods of time. My first time back after moving back into this area I waited for an hour after my visit just to pay. Three times I asked the girls at the front desk if I was suppose to still be sitting in the waiting area or not(which is what I was told to do). Every time I asked they brushed me off. Turns out my paper work had never been brought to the front desk. An hour waiting simply because no one wanted to address my concerns. Today I called to set up an appointment and was asked if I could hold. Of course I said yes. I was left to hold for an extended period of time so I hung up and called back to immediately get voice mail. They had asked me to hold then turned the phones off and gone to lunch or a meeting or something. Unacceptable.

When I originally went to update my dogs vaccinations I loved it! Michael was the best vet tech Ive ever seen and answered all my questions and then some! We discussed an estimate for the pup neuter and dewclaw bone in removal and he worked with me so much on the dewclaw and dropped it from 175$ to 50$ said that since hes already going to be neutered we will honor this for you. So I said okay and set up everything but when I came To my neuter/dewclaw appointment they said they dont remove dewclaws, once I showed them the estimate they have given me they refused to complete it for 50$ and instead told me 175$ and blamed it on the three pounds he had gained. I know that it cost 175 for a dewclaw removal and to not honor the quote I was already given was not fair and they really wouldnt work with me in dropping the price or anything so I wont be doing services anymore with paw prints. The only one there that is nice and actually smiles is Michael and one other lady that sits at the desk other than that they all seem miserable to me .

After our family suffered the loss of our 15 year old beagle, Flower, back in Nov. 2016, we werent sure about getting another animal. It was a HUGE loss for us, but the clinics staff were wonderful to us, when we called and told them that Flower was passing away as we spoke. The young lady that knew Flower, stayed on the phone with me and cried, too. Then, the clinic helped us with final services for Flower. They let my husband and daughter sit with Flower for a while, when they brought her body into the clinic, shortly after she passed away at home, on Nov.4, 2017. The staff treated us so great and called us about a week later to see how we were doing. In April 2017, WEDNESDAY happened for our family.....our new 8 week old puppy beagle. Instant love and instant great care for Wednesdays first visit to the clinic on 6-1-17. Everyone treated Wednesday great and it meant so much that they remembered Flower,too. I will not want our pet family members to go anywhere else for care but to Waldorf Well Pet!!!

Great prices, great staff, very welcoming environment, never felt this way about a animal hospital. I had to put my best friend of almost 15 years down last month (Nana) and it was a very difficult experience for me. They sent me something in the mail that brought me to tears. I can honestly say that they do the best they can to help you on your visit. My mom has fallen in love with them as well when I introduced her to the hospital. Wanted to do something nice for them all because of how wonderful they are but this review will have to do for now. Thank you all again for all that you do and have done. -Morgan <3

I have had nothing but great experiences there. The staff is always professional and kind and the prices are very affordable plus the place is always clean. I was able to get my pit bull puppy spayed for $20 and I got all my cats and dogs shots for an extremely good price. Without Paw Prints I might not be able to afford to be a pet parent. They truly give excellent care at a price that is much lower than any other vet Ive been to. Thanks Paw Prints for taking such good care of my babies and for the work the rescue is doing for all the homeless pets.

This is a vet run by a rescue organization. As a result, the prices are cheap and the people really care about your pets. Since they moved to the new location, the place is a lot bigger and cleaner. Its also easier to get to. My only complaint is that since it is run by a rescue organization, the vets change often. So you dont get that personal relationship between vet and pet. Some of the staff have been there a long time though. Otherwise, this place is great and worth the drive (45 mins for me). Definitely check it out.

I had to put my dog down later that day because of the prices they gave me. They didnt have any type of payment plan. All I got was "cash or credit" . Mind you that I had this dog for 14 years I turn 20 this year thats more than half of my life. But I wouldnt recommend this place at all they had no emotions at all towards my dog Genesis.

I live almost an hour away but this place is so awesome its worth the drive. Everyone really cares about my dogs and treats them like their own. I like that they quote prices before any services are rendered. The new facility on Bensville Road is huge, clean and just awesome. I cant recommend this place enough!

I love these guys. I drive 45 mins-1 hr to take my dogs here. Ive been bringing my animals to these guys for 8 years. They are cheap for visit fees and dont charge me an arm and a leg for shots, meds, or x-rays. The staff is always kind. A bunch of the vet techs are cute. I would highly recommend this place!

Dr. Nezar is rude, unprofessional and speaks in a condescending matter. Called the clinic recently to follow up regarding my dog, he has still yet to return my call. Ive called 3 times. I like the clinic itself but will discontinue coming to this clinic if I have to deal with nezar.

Professional highly skilled staff. Affordable and enthusiastic. They see plenty of animals and treat them very well. Would especially recommend them if you adopted a pet and need one for a first visit, they work with many local animal rescues.

I can not rave enough about this place! They were so kind and considerate. They really took care of my DaVinci and made sure that he was comfortable. Scheduling appointments is so easy and quick. LOVE THIS PLACE! I would refer it to any one!

Friendly people willing to help answer any questions you may have for your pets. I got my pet from them and has been helpful for over two years now. The only thing that sucks is the distance to travel, but its worth it.
