Our family was so grateful to discover this facility when we moved here in July 2015. We had two ferrets at the time...our female (Bleach) had already been diagnosed with adrenal disease for quite some time and we knew time was near that she would have to head to rainbow bridge. I called in advance (from Florida) to determine if they would accept her as a new patient and the staff stated without hesitate or conferring that "absolutely, she will be well taken care of here" and that confidence let to such a wonderful first visit experience. Both Drs. Autumn and Adam Terry helped us through the decision of stopping treatment, and during that time they did much more advanced research as well. Exactly what I would expect from my own Primary Care or Specialist!!! During that time we brought her on monthly appointments and the staff were always extremely patient and caring, but most of all EVERYONE bolstered our confidence to reassure us we knew what we were doing with our pets. Whether it was kind words or shared stories they helped us feel less helpless and more in control which in turn eased so much pain from that final decision. My 12 year old daughter and I recently returned for our male Baers annual check up and shots. I felt absolutely guilty because I was told last year to begin brushing his teeth (yikes, lol)! Again, I was comforted by staff reassuring me it didnt make me a bad fur-mama and many people (including a few of them) have their own similar stories with their own pets. Dr. Adam took the time to sit with me and practice brushing his teeth. That practical application showed me exactly what to do, what to look for and how to be comfortable doing it. Even Baer senses the internal energy and love from the vets. He never likes to sit still and be held for long. While there he just chilled and took the poking and prodding while licking Dr. Adams lab coat every so often. And finally, as you can see...Im a talker and a story teller and sharer of information. While at All Kinds Veterinary Hospital I never feel rushed, I always feel heard and I can say with all honesty I trust them with my fur-family implicitly. Mindy

If youre looking for a vet that wont respect your time, then look no further! Ive been using All Kinds for years and I finally had to switch to a different vet. The care is fine, but the office management is lacking. If you have an appointment, you better make sure you dont have anywhere else you need to be because you may have to wait for over an hour after your appointment time. For medication refills, even if you call in advance and tell them the time youll be there, it will take them at least 20 minutes to get the pills and process your payment. Ive worked in veterinary hospitals before and the policy was to serve the customers and respect their time. If the vet is running behind, the receptionists should be calling the later appointments and giving them a chance to reschedule so they dont waste their time. If a customer needs to pick up pills or food, then the staff should make it a priority to get them checked out as quickly as possible. Hopefully All Kinds will put more effort into office management but Im not waiting around for it. My pets go to a different vet now.

I wouldnt trust my beloved Hachi with anyone else. Doctors Adam and Autumn Terry are awesome about getting all the info needed to make correct diagnoses and treatment plans. They are gentle and my dog trusts them. And All Kinds really cares. I love how they call us after an appointment to follow up and ensure everything is going well. Cheryl (sp?) at the front desk is wonderful! Shes helped me numerous times, answering questions and relaying info between me and the doctors. Shes always kind and professional and goes the extra mile. All Kinds is very generous donating time and resources to help local wildlife and I love supporting this even indirectly, by using their services, including buying my dogs supplements etc from them (even tho theyre located some distance from our home). Im so grateful to have a place like All Kinds!

The Best!! I have a dog that I was at the end of the road with. His skin was a problem to the point the odor was taking over my home and his life, he has lost so much hair, was greasy and infected. I had been seeing another vet for several years but we never got to bottom of his problems. I decided as a last shot chance to try All Kinds and Dr. Autumn was so patient and listened to how frustrated I was. She told me it would take a little work and meds but we could make this much better. Within the first two weeks I was seeing huge improvements and in 1 month he had all hair back, thin but covering the bald spots. Today 2 mos later his personality is so much calmer and nicer and hes doing amazing. He is truly part of our family again. I cant say enough about this vet. You wont be sorry.

I have been taking my animals to All Kinds for 3 years now and every time I go they are always so compassionate and understanding. The front desk staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They have made making routine and emergency appointments easy and comforting. They also seem to remember everyone who comes in. The doctor are by far the best I have ever been to. They take the time to make sure my animals are comfortable before they begin assessing. They are always so sweet. When the doctor sits on the floor to play with one of your animals during the visit, you know you have found a genuine vet. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Autumn and Dr. Adam to everyone who has a pet of any sort. They are by far the best around and completely worth it.

I recently had a very hard decision to make as my life long companion "Lola" reached the age of 13. Lola was having multiple issues and her quality of life had just declined. This was a very emotional time as Lola was like a human to us. Lolas devotion to me was very unique as she had stood by my side thru chemotherapy multiple times and other illnesses over the years. This was an AWFUL day. I contacted Dr. Adam and he actually came to my home where "WE" as a family said our goodbyes. The dignity and respect that Dr. Adam has sown my family during this difficult time was exceptional. I just want to say "THANK YOU" for being there for us during this difficult time. I love Adam Autum Terry! They have been wonderful compassionate and professional vets. They always take the time to make sure all the questions are answered and you have been properly educated about your pets needs. They are also good about letting you know what the costs will be if you ask ahead of time. We have used them for 2 of our dogs now and they never disappoint. Thier staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. The hours are great too, as they have early evening hours on some days so I dont have to take off from work to take care of my pet. I just cant say enough good about them! I have and will conmtinue to refer all my friends to them.
