I took my dog into the clinic for a cracked toenail. The receptionist and vet were absolutely wonderful. The tech we saw, however was AWFUL. My dog is 1 1/2 years old and has NEVER been even the slightest bit aggressive. She is the sweetest dog and has never met a stranger. The vet had to actually remove Scarletts toenail. When the tech brought her back into the room I asked how my girl did. The tech was VERY RUDE. She said my dog was aggressive and mean. That she needed immediate intense training to get a hold of her. Of course my dog was scared! She had four strangers muzzle her and remove her toenail from an injured paw!! The tech caused us to have a horrible experience. My daughter was in tears. We will never go back. BTW we were supposed to take Scar back to have the bandaged removed. We took it off ourselves with no trouble. My mean aggressive out of control dog just laid still while I cut it off.

Creekside has been a great vet for our 2 dogs and 1 cat. Appointments are easy to make and I have never waited long to be seen. Everyone has been kind, professional, and caring towards my babies. I go to low cost vaccination clinics for annual stuff as I do not like paying an office fee just to be seen, however, this is where I have taken all 3 of my animals to be seen should something else be wrong. Weve been in for sneezing/allergies, infection after spay (done by a rescue), and check up after one of my dogs suffered from a snake bite reaction. They call at least once afterwards to check up on the animal. Dr. Kutch is knowledgeable, answers questions, and I have had a great experience at Creekside so far.

Worst experience ever! Our rabbit got very sick so we called to make an appointment which they wouldnt get us in until 6PM while waiting for the appointment she took a turn for the worst so we brought her in to be put down. They made us wait in the waiting room with our dying bunny in our hands. Another customer who came after us got to go into the back room to be with their animal. Our bunny died in our arms while we were waiting in the loud waiting room. Then when we complained they just told us "Sorry youre having a bad day." This is the worst vet clinic around and even though they are extremely close we will never be going here again!

I live a block away on Vestavia. One day I was out walking my dog about a mile from the house and another dog attacked my dog. She had puncture wounds and was bleeding heavily. Im new to the area and the only vet I had seen was Creekside. We rushed up there, about 15 minutes from their closing time, and they got us in immediately. They were so caring and attentive...I havent ever bothered to find another vet. Weve since taken our dog back for a teeth cleaning, checkups, and we get all our medicine there. A big thank you to Dr. Muse and the girls at Creekside!

Dr. Kutch at Creekside Animal Hospital has taken care of my basset hounds for 20 years, since before she opened Creekside. Dr. Kutch and Dr. Muse are both very experienced, knowledgeable, caring, kind veterinarians that I highly recommend. The staff at Creekside is also very good. I enjoyed my last basset hound (my child)an extra couple of years due to Dr. Kutchs excellent care of her heart condition. I cannot say enough good things about Creekside. I highly recommend anyone take their pets to Creekside.

The groomer was terrible. My dog looks a wreck. I was told she was very experienced but after seeing my animal I feel like I just took my yorkie to Walmart for a hair cut. I wouldnt recommend the grooming services or the one groomer they have. Ive had a better experience at VIP down on Park Row. Its a longer drive but worth it. If my Petie looked this bad she was probably rought with him too.

Our dog barely survived an attack by 2 other dogs. Torn up, multiple bites, scars, and dislocated hip which needed reconstructive surgery. My dog was 4 years old then, and came through the surgery thanks to the docs at creekside. She is now 9 and walks up to 9 miles on hikes with my wife and I, a real trooper! Thanks Again Creekside!
