I dont know where to begin....Dr. Louis and her staff are the absolute best! They are kind, caring, and what really impresses me is that Dr. Louis, herself, will return calls to you and talk to you at length regarding your concerns. Not only during office hours, but evenings and weekends as well. This is Chip..... Dr. Louis has been helping us try and get to the bottom of a chronic infection on his paw for the past three months. Chip previously had a mast cell tumor on the same paw, so Dr. Louis has made calls to the U of M Oncology Department for their input. She is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her! We are so grateful for her and her wonderful staff! They do everything in their power to put your mind at ease and provide the best possible care for your precious pets!

Dr. Mei-Yao Louis and staff are great and caring; we took our dog (Cuddle Butt) there Saturday 9/1/12 she was feeling bad and had diarrhea for three days. They welcome us to their animal hospital, even though we out of town and they treated us and Butt like family. Sunday morning Butt couldn’t walk, we call and Dr. Louis met us at her animal clinic at 9:00 Sunday morning, Labor Day weekend; she said Butt may have had a stroke; she took a blood sample and took to the nearby hospital for test. We are nursing the Butt, but I would recommend Westside Animal Clinic to anyone. Thank you Dr. Louis.

I honestly couldnt even begin to express how much I love this animal clinic and everyone that works there. I have been to multiple different vets and I have never experienced this kind of love anywhere else. They truly love your animals and take such good care of them. Dr. Luis is extremely intelligent and goes above and beyond for all animals. I really only trust her and her crew with my animals. I recently moved about an hour away and still wont go anywhere else. We left our 2 kittens in their care while we were gone for 8 days. Our kittens were well cared for and the staff said they enjoyed having them out of their cages during the day to play with them. When we picked up our kttens, they seemed happy with their environment, playful and they were in excellent health. I was very pleased with the service from the staff at Westside Animal Clinic. Dr. Louis and her staff are so caring of both the pet owner and their pet. I highly recommend this clinic for all your small animal needs!

We live in a different town that is 45 miles away and no 24 hour emergency service. We called Westside & Dr. Louis answered at 1:20 am. We explained what was going on with our dog and drove to town. Once here we were VERY satisfied with the prompt & great service. If I lived in Watertown I would take my animals here as Dr. Louis was very caring and knowledgeable. The price wasnt very expensive as well considering it was 2:00 when we arrived. Would recommend to anyone in this town as Im very impressed!!

Dr. Louis always gets back to you in a timely way and offers good advice; she tries to get the most affordable option for you. She doesnt pretend she knows everything - who does?! but will find the answers for you. Her clinic has the the most up-to-date medical equipment so you can rest assured your 4 legged family member is getting the best of care!

My experience at Westside was better than previous visits to other pet clinics. The staff was very caring to my pup and I. Dr. Louis was very diligent in figuring out what was wrong with my pup and even consulted with other vets outside of the clinic to confirm that it was a rare but curable disease.
