DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! These people charge you a Huge bill! Charged me $27.00 for a small plastic container to gather a poop sample, to bring back next month, said they would run it through the lab to see if she has worms or not, (that of course will be a seperate charge that I can pay then). And charged me $35.00 for an examination fee. Took my puppy in for what I thought would be her last set of shots, didnt even get the rabies, said I would need to come back for that next month. She is 15 weeks old! Charged my credit card $150.00! Wow! I have owned pets for 40 years and have never received a vet bill for a puppies set of shots for $150.00. Do not go here unless you have lots and lots of MONEY! By the time you have vacinated your new puppy under their prices you will have spent over a thousand! Will not be back.

The staff here is extremely kind and caring. We had to put one of our most beloved dogs down here because of a terminal illness that he had and everyone was so thoughtful throughout the process. I have to mention Sue because she was exceptionally kind to us and really helped us through the process. That day wouldve been a lot harder if Sue and rest of the staff werent so kind-hearted to us. I know some of the other reviews mention high rates, but their rate really arent high. Theyre actually a lot cheaper than their nearby competitors and their prices are extremely reasonable. The staff here really does everything they can to help your pet and EVERY TIME I have been there I am blown away by how passionate and caring these people are about their practice and the animals they help.

If I could give no stars that would be most accurate. I will never go to anyone else but VCA Angel animal hospital. The Vet here basically condemned my cat to death, said she wouldnt make it through the week and that she had jaundice. Then tried to hit me with a HUGE bill to check her out fully. Went to VCA the next day, they did a diabetes test, when negative they gave us steroid pills, anti nausea medicine and an IV drip bag. She started eating and drinking again on her own the next day and said it was probably anemia due to fles, which this place didnt even consider. I still cant believe I was considering putting down my cat because of this Vets opinion. All they want here is money and unwilling to work with a pregnant woman a week before birth.

I was very pleased with the care and understanding when I visited their offices. I feel that their fees and charges were very reasonable for the care he needed. You have to keep in mind this is a doctors office, granted for an animal, but a doctors office non the less. The cheapest is not always the best and the best is not always the cheapest. They gave me several options for treatment and were very patient while i took everything in. I didnt feel rushed to make a decision and they made sure I understood the importance and reason for everything they wanted to do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of vet services.

Just got back from my first visit here so the impression is still very in the forefront. Very simply put: The place was clean, the staff and Dr. were very professional and nice. I took my dog in because her teeth were very dirty and I thought she needed to have them professionally cleaned. They quoted me a price which was very expensive but the Dr. said that her teeth were not that bad and just need plaque maintenance. She asked me to try a special food additive first and it that did not correct things we could go the cleaning route. I like the fact she didnt up sell which builds trust. Overall great experience!

Every time I have been in here for the past year I end up with a tremendous bill for extra tests and procedures that the staff fails to tell me about. Just be careful when you go in and make certain that they only do the procedures you request. They will inflate your bill if you let them. The staff is nice and the doctors have the pets best interest at heart. I will not be going back. Why did I go there in the first place? My veternarian of 15 years has retired (I drove from Lake Dallas to Grapevine - he was that good) Now I am in the market a new veternarian. Any suggestions?

After having problems with my vet - I decided to give this place a try! I could not be more happy this is amazing! Everyone I came in contact with answered all my questions and my dog who I thought we were going to have to put down has wagged his tail the first time in 2 weeks! I am so grateful! I have nothing but positive things to say - including the prices! Not sure why others thought they were expensive everything was very reasonable - including the special food my pet is now on.

Ive been here twice and both times I have loved it. The doctor and tech were friendly and helpful. They treated my itchy beagle with love, not like a dollar sign. I have a dog that has chronic skin issues, so I am very happy that I found this place! They gave me an estimate and options before just throwing a bill at me. We will definitely make this place our new vet!

The staff at Lakeshore Animal Clinic are fantastic. Our cat was diagnosed with nasal lymphoma, and the staff were very supportive and empathetic through a difficult time for my wife and I. Any time we brought our cat in for regular checkups or if we needed to have him see Dr. Kenyon, they remembered his name. They truly love animals, and it shows.
