Highly recommend to board your animals elsewhere. Place has great reviews but both my dogs came back injured. Financial Dishonesty: I called to plan a trip and settled a price and sent the dogs vaccination record. I never received a call I talked to them on the phone and NOT ONCE did they state hey for your dogs to stay here we require two ADDITIONAL vaccinations that are NOT required plus if they have anything left open they will require you to pay for it to happen right then even if it is not late. Poor Animal Care: Zeus our male husky was the worse. We received a call on Thanksgiving that he had a "nick" on his leg which was only 2-3cm long. Stated there was no worries were required to follow up were gonna clean it and make sure there is no infection. They downplayed it and made it seem minuscule. Zeus: Zeus had stitches that were poorly done and were popped out in the lobby. He had to go back to get 3 staples. When I asked to see where he was kept or to go back with Zeus to watch the care I was told I could not. the "nick" is over an inch gash in his leg/ Both paws are scuffed up and the injuries look as if someone slammed is paws with a kennel door. Which if he was pushing to get out of the kennel and someone forcibly pushed him back in he could of caught the kennel latch or corner which could be the real cause of his wound. Storm: no apparent wounds on her until we get home and looking her over more thoroughly and notice her lip is swollen. Her fang was pushed through her lip so I dont know if someone was holding her snout shut forcibly and her lip was caught or more likely she was stuck in the face for only that side of her snout is swollen. Fallout: It took as a week and a half to get in touch with a manager. After calling 3-5 times we were told there is only one note on the file. Overall they were shady and dismissive of our problem which is not ok by any means. I will update review to see fallout but I would think twice about boarding your animals here especially at the facility 2150 Interstate 20 W. Arlington, Tx

HOW ABOUT A VERY VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE !!! We left Merle and Presley our two little Chiweenies Friday and Saturday nights. We picked them up on Sunday and we were charged for 3 days. We ask before boarding if we picked them up on Sunday before 6:00pm would we be charged 2 days. We were not told we would be charged 3 days. We are on fixed income and when we picked them up we were charged for 3 days. The two very unfriendly girls that work at the front desk have no personality what so ever. The one told us that it was on the sheet we signed when we brought them in. We did not stop to read every single word on that page. Every time we left them we have had a HUGH SURPRISE when picking them up or even dropping them off. They needed shots, and this time we were charged for 3 days. It may very well be their policy but we should have been told verbally up front that we would be paying for 3 days for each dog. WE HAVE HAD IT! We also purchased heart worm pills and paid for them but they were out. It took a second call to get the pills sent to us. They used the wrong zip code. We were told we had won a prize at their yearly Dog Fair and no mention of it was ever said when we boarded our dogs. We were to get an automatic water bowl. We did not get it. Now that is how you treat all your loyal customers? Yes I will post this on Google, Yahoo and Facebook. Those girls that work at your front desk need lessons on how to keep customers. They are unfriendly, unknowledgeable and do not know how to speak to customers. They are rude, they do not demonstrate any love for the dogs that come in. They do not put the animals at ease, talk to them, or even acknowledge them as CUSTOMERS. Yes, without the dogs and other animals you would be out of business.

Unfortunately..I have to post this review.. some of the staff there is great. Others well dont seem to care. Office manager infact..being the one that is the issue of this post. So here goes. My dog has been there multiple times and I got a flea pill last year from them called Trifexis. Well this pill back then last year.. made my dog break out in hives. I didnt complain or get upset we got a different one and some Benadryl and she was ok a week later. I also asked them to note it and make sure it didnt happen again. Remember the pills are not free......so 80$ then.. fast forward to 2 weeks ago.. I got her meds again from them well as I stated above I asked them not to sell me the bad pill. Im sure by now you can guess what happened 28$ for a bad pill.. and another 45 on the proper pill and more Benadryl. So this post is really more of the company taking care of the customer since it has happened more than once instead of pawning them off to a pill company. That being said and ignoring a customer call for 3 days till he gets rude and upset because of lack of response and respect for the people who pay them for a service is wrong. Sorry had to edit this because their trying to handle the situation is giving me the run around and the number to a pill company that does not care.. I also told them that I would do this review and they have informed me that they will get their legal team involved lol all over a 28$ pill which they could have been respectful and done the right thing refund me. They dont like it when you call upset to the company well provide a service you took my money gave me and my animal bad service and a product didnt care to respond and acted like you didnt care so this is the first of many reviews.

I left my white Maltese in their care for nine days, while out of the country. Upon my return, my dog was no longer white, but yellow. He had been swimming in his own urine for the entire duration of his stay. I could not understand why my white dog was returned to me urine stained yellow. The staff even admitted the stains were from urine and offered only excuses. Management was not in the least bit helpful, but was downright condescending. She suggested shaving my dog to remove the urine stains!! I was livid. No resolution, only excuses. Its a good thing this lady isnt running a daycare. Its bad enough to suggest shaving a dog, because she and her staff didnt do their respective jobs correctly. This (new) manager will not last long with her "blame it on the dog" attitude. I dropped off a full-breed WHITE Maltese in their care and fully expected to pick up my dog in the same condition in which he was left. Also, I was never informed their master groomer, with 30+ years experience, was no longer with the company. They informed me, after the fact and only after I asked. I will never trust my dog in their care again. I have also filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau. No animal should ever have to swim in their own urine for days on end, or ever, for that matter.
