I cant believe the bad reviews on here! My first experience here was when I accompanied my aunt who needed a minor repair. Danny helped her immediately. He was so friendly and helpful, I immediately made appointments for my family. I normally use another company for glasses, however the staff at the Sears Optical at Oakland Mall was much more personable and professional. My kids love Danny and Carla! They were very helpful and patient while my kids made their frame selections, etc. Ive returned numerous times for the inevitable repair or replacements and have never had a bad experience here. I definitely recommend Sears optical!

Associate was rude when I asked how much longer it would be after we waited 30 minutes past my apppointment time. I left and went to LensCrafters across the lot. I do not recommend Sears Optical. LensCrafters had the same frames for $20 less, a better selection, and more staff to handle customers.

The optometrist was very thorough and did a fine job. But when my glasses came in the clerk out front was evidently not trained to adjust them. I had to go to another Sears Optical to get them properly adjusted.
