A Private User

The people that work here are rude and condescending. My $600 pair of glasses fell apart piece by piece under minimal use (I wear contacts mostly) and adult care (and always kept in case when not used). They would not fix anything, made snarky comments like "yeah, your glasses are shot" or "well, they sit on your face". Their only solution was for me to reexamine my eyes and buy new frames and lenses, when the repairs would have required only a minor new piece. Of course, when I inquired about frame repair they make a big deal out of it, "oh well wed have to put a big plastic tube on it and the glasses would never close again, were LENScrafters, not FRAMEcrafters." And when I asked if I could just use my current lenses and buy new frames they quickly dismissed it, "we dont carry those frames anymore" when he had barely looked at them. Even after all this, I still said thanks and left, and they just started at me, without even a "youre welcome." I will never buy another pair of overpriced, cheaply made glasses from them, nor put up with their customer service reps who have no idea what that definition means.

The company policy at this store is that your prescription only lasts one year..my glasses are scratched and i can barley see, I have no insurance and cant afford the exam and new lenses....of course my prescription expired exactly one month ago...im 37, my vision has not changed in the past 30 days, i love the "store policy" excuse..I will be going else where and checking store policy before i find a new place...

I would definitely not recommend this store for glasses if you are seeking for comfortable customer service. I am not a picky person at all but this store needs improved! If you are a Lenscrafters fans, try to go to another L store in your area for a happy service, if you are not their fan, avoid it and go find another store with better customer service. BTW - Dr. Aaron is good, witty and very professional.

Dr. Jun Fu is a great doctor and gave a quick exam with a friendly attitude. The sales and management are not inviting and do not cater to the customer. We had made appointments that still took over an hr to finish and had to wait 30min to allow me to give them my money for the pair of glasses. I would not recommend the store, i do recommend the doctor for eye exams.

I recommend never going here. They refused to give me my pupillary distance because they knew I would use it to go somewhere else. All they want is your money and dont care about customer service. If you want good service go across the street to eye glass world. They will actually treat you right. This place is a waste of time.

Waited for more than 30 minutes even after checking in 15 minutes ahead of scheduled appointment !!! Doctors are good but I feel Frame prices are bumped up so that you still pay even after having insurance.

Poor product selection and much more expensive (~50%) than ebay. Some lights were flickering and with different colors. Eye doctor was really good though. Good staff as well.
