I have a been a patient of golden gate optical for a few years. I am quite disappointed with the lack of Service and professionalism. I bought a pair of glasses from them and one of the reasons was that they told me I had a lifetime warranty. They mentioned to me that as long as I had the glasses they would replace the damage with a fee. Now, I am in need of replaced glasses but they have changed their "policy" and are stating that wasnt the case. Not only that the owner, Dina was not understanding of what she had originally promised me, but she also failed to work with me. Clearly no one I would do business with again.

Such a great place! I dont understand the negative comments but the service is excellent, theres no one who takes care of my family and I like this place does. We used to go to LensCrafter before and they charged us more there for the same service. Also, they have better and more modern styles than LensCrafter. Great place, great experience, and great people. Well keep coming back!!

The last place you want to go!!! They sell fake glasses! The service is decent. Be aware that they will charge you extra without you knowing. They will charge your insurance and be like it didnt cover. Just dont waste your time there. Please take your business somewhere else. These are some shady people!

Its been too many years to count since Ive had an eye exam and purchased new glasses. The Doctor and staff were very patient with me. I almost tried on every pair in the office lol. Great experience, great service, very knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommend Golden Gate Optical.

I paid right after my eye exam. The EOB from the insurance shows that I was charged too much. Contacted Golden Gate a few times in writing to clarify this and to reimburse me. They dont even care to respond. Never again!
