I am a new patient and now a big fan. I was in a bit of a dilemma when I was headed for vacation and learned at the last minute that my long term eye doctor no longer prescribed contacts. I didnt know what to do but when I called The Visionary, they were so accommodating I couldnt believe it. I got samples based on my previous rx and scheduled an appointment the week I returned. The eye doctor listened to everything I said and the exam was one of the most thorough Ive ever experienced (Ive been wearing contacts for at least 40 years). I was fitted for both contacts and glasses. Couldnt be happier with either the customer service or the medical care I received. I highly recommend checking them out!

I had to try this place after seeing a 5 star rating. And yes, this place is worth it. Very nice people. I love being a patient here. I moved out of state a few years ago and didnt even go for an exam while I was gone. When I moved back to Michigan, I went back to the Visionary. Then I moved farther away and went somewhere else...that was terrible. I drive over an hour to get my exam and glasses at this office. I have never had a bad experience here and I love the staff.

I agree they treat you like family, just not the sibling rivalry type - more like grandmas and not saying anyone is old - they just truly listen and care. Always there for you EVERY TIME your in need - I would highly recommend.

I have been to several different eye care stores but The Visionary is in a class of its own. It is more than eye care and optical fittings, it is an experience! They will give you excellent care, and help you pick out the right glasses to look your best! If you have eyes, you need to go here!!!
