STAY AWAY!!! CROOKS AND RUDE!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could. They will make you pay up front and then when you call to ask for the status of your items they will say that they have already been picked up (even though you havent picked them up). When you ask for proof, they will say that they do not have the paperwork and will tell you that they cannot help you. The store manager, Mark Hickman, was rude. I spoke with a sears customer service representative that tried to speak with her and agreed that she was rude and not helpful, so she filed a complaint for me through the corporation.
