Dr.Chase is fantastic, so are the ladies from administrative staff . My husband was seen for a regular eye exam and they were so good and professional I decided to see Dr.Chase for a second opinion . She is great, very patient, listened to my concerns and explained every single detail to me. It took two visits in order for her to get me the exact prescription I needed. I was given a prescription from a different office a few months prior and had ordered 3 pair of glasses which never felt right. I was beginning to think that the lab work was the problem and felt bad going back multiple times to get it fixed. Thanks to her expertise, I finally feel comfort and relief! She is so caring - even called me at home to check on me. She will be mine and my familys eye doctor from here on out and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for proper eye care! - Nellie & Hristo Likomanov

Dr Chase and her staff are wonderful, informative, knowledgeable and very efficient. I couldnt have been more pleased with my visit with Dr. Chase as she explained the pictures they took of the anatomy of my eyeballs. Ive been going to eye doctors since I was 12 yrs old and never had anyone take the time to explain to me what my eyes look like and how they should look like. I highly recommend visiting the Chase Eyecare located inside Costco for your eyecare needs. You wont be disappointed.

The prices are fantastic for the frames!!! The customer service is horrible! The people (women) working in this place ignore you and when they cant ignore you any longer, they come and talk to you like crap! When you call, they talk to you like crap! Although I wont be back here for glasses for my family, I dont even know if Ill go to another Costco for service. This needs to be addressed. Customer Service is everything! Ill get the names and update post.

Older woman behind counter is rude as can be. Not helpful and downright unpleasant. I will be going elsewhere for better customer service.
