Ive been to many eyeglass places over the years and have seldom been impressed, much less willing to write a raving review. But I was amazed at the excellent service I received here. The MVP of this operation was an optometrist named Helga. Make sure to ask for her. She was more knowledgable and helpful than all the other eyeglass "associates" Id ever been "helped by" over the years, combined. First I came in with a pair of glasses purchased elsewhere which had cracked along the bridge of the nose. She soldiered them back together flawlessly - you couldnt even tell theyd ever been broken. All done in 15minutes while I waited for only $20! Then she gave me expert advice on which glasses could better withstand the hard impacts from the sports that I play. Unlike the last place I bought my glasses (the ones that cracked under impact, though I was told they would flex), she helped me understand the weak points of various frame designs and pick out one which matched my face AND could withstand getting hit. And now after several games, and getting hit several times right in the glasses, I can attest that her advice was perfect! But this is why Im raving: After a couple weeks of wearing the glasses, I decided that they just looked a little to tall for my face. I prepared myself for the inevitable reply of "Well, youll have to buy all new lenses...." Well, much to my astonishment she said, "Sure, Ill just trim those down around the bottom edge for you." They were done in 1 day, looked perfect AND SHE DID IT FOR FREE!! In fact, she threw in an extra glasses case for me to keep my old glasses in. Disclaimers: I did not get an eye exam there, so I cant speak to how their eye exams are. I asked for her every time, so I cant really speak to how their other associates are. After seeing the review from 2008, I can ony guess that they must not have talked to Helga....

This appointment for my husband, my daughter and for myself took way too long. 5 hours! Some of the ladies here are very nice some not so much. The eye doctors were awesome though, very thorough. When we came back to get my husbands glasses he was told they couldnt tint them BC they werent plastic. My daughters visit went fine. But two weeks passed and they still didnt call me to pick up my glasses.smh. So I had to go in and ask if they were in and then sign.I would just like them to be more aware and approiate.

Been coming here for at least 15yrs. Made my daughter an appt got a call on the Friday before the appt. saying it was at 10:30 I arrived at 10:18am I was told my appt was at 10am. They changed it to 11:30. And I was told they would fit me in before that time . Im still here @ 1:02pm and my daughter has yet to see a doctor and were starving. I wouldve respected it more if they told us to go and come back . What a waste of 3hrs so far......

The doctor here i have been seeing since ive been about 6 years old. both of the eye doctors here are very professional and listen to everything you need to say about your eyes and they thoroughly check them and are very kind all of the people who work there also are very kind very well mannered and they have excellent choices to choose from for glasses and sunglasses

the doctors here was super rude & greedy doesnt care about needs! Could not imagine the words comming out of his mouth just because my child was walking (not touching anything at all) i do t reccomend on top i waited more rhan 4 hours , wont waist my money here ever !

Staff are very generous and helpful however the wait is ridiculous, I had to sit an hour and a half to be seen and then another hour for my son. Its ridiculous, I can see if we were at a families doctors off but come on now!

Believe it or not. I wanted safety glasses for work. I wanted to pay cash for these. Still cant believe they wont let me purchase a pair of glasses with cash. Cash is king everywhere in the world but here. unbelievable....
