All people who are associated with this fine facility are precious You would assume that the burnout rate would be high and adversely affect the treatment of the Seniors and others who are trying to recuperate Not true at this facility Was in 100 wing Always a smile and caring treatment from the nurses cnas and the other people involved In the persons well being . They all do the best even through some hard times I thank you 101 b

The comment UNDERSTAFFED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT is TRUE Relative has had light on for staff to help her for over two hours NO ONE HAS BEEN TO ROOM It doesnt matter if you pay $5000 a month for room or Zero THERE IS NO ONE to Help patients The staff who does work here are nice BUT UNDERSTAFFED FOR AMOUNT OF People they have staying here!!!!!!!

They insisted that I pay for a month in advance and then settled for 10 days when my husband was only staying for a week. That was March. They said I would get my refund in May, but it is August and still no refund. I have called repeatedly. They always have an excuse, or are going to contact someone else.

Under staffed is an understatement. The hall that I had a patient on was rude as ever and she never gave any attention to this patient. Ambivalence towards Alzheimers patients. is prevalent here.
