I was let go the third day of employement.I was told to shut my mouth and sign the papers stating the reason for my termination was because I was late coming back from lunch.Both the nurse and the ADON yelled at me and continued to say they felt like I would be unhappy at their facility and they feel that their associates would be unhappy with me.I asked why they felt that way they said they couldnt discuss what the other staff members were saying about me and that she didnt like my attitude.I am known for being patient and very kind .I had no attitude.I simply ignored the hostility when I walked into the room for orientation. These two employees that were in orientation with me were the only two people I have spoken to since I have been there.I ignored the comments made about my weight and aimed at my appearance.I was giving a TB shot and my second day it looked like a bruise it was purple and dark brown I asked the ADON to have a look at it she did but then dismissed my concern as if it wasnt serious .I explained to her that the needle may have gone to deep or been turned while the HRM was giving it to me but she still dismissed me and walked off as if she didnt care..how convenient the next day she retaliates by trying to terminate me over absolutely nothing.DO NOT WORK HERE THEY HAVE CLICKS HERE GROUPS OF WOMEN THAT ARE LYING TO GET AIDS OUT THE DOOR SO THEY WILL HIRE ONLY FAMILY MEMBERS ..DO NOT APPLY

Id give them zero stars if I could! These ppl are the epitome of scamming money hungry nice to your face and stab you in the back type of business! None of their staff have any iota of what customer service really is and nor do they care to get any! My mother was there for all of 9 months and let me tell you each time I went to see her the place got worse and worse. Their residents were left in their beds dirty all day and night, residents were heard crying out for help from their beds and no one would come to their aid as we walked through the halls. Staff seemed very unhappy to do their jobs. Residents were depressed and did not look happy to be there. My mother was being bullies by another resident in her room and was scared to tell anyone because the resident had once worked at that same facility and my mother was afraid of retaliation.The staff cut my mothers PT/ OT and lied to me, claiming her SSI was also cut, all while collecting her insurance payments and SSI!!!! That was the final straw with that place, besides all of her clothes coming up missing and her being in a hospital gown every time I came to see her! Once I got my mother away from that dungeon, back in February, 26, 2015; they continued to bill me and my mother, at my residence! These people are scammers and very dishonest! DO NOT send your loved ones to Accentia, they are money grubbing scammers and ONLY care about $$$$$!!

Okay so they the hospital St Josephs forced me to send my dad to a rehab facility so I decided that okay let me go on a tour of the place . Joni was real nice , i saw alot of staff she said a lot of nice things ate at my ear until they pressured me so much (the hospital) that I said okay send him to this disgraceful place . We got there at 7ish NOBODY went to see my dad , until I got upset and I started to ask questions like when are you going to check his glucose , bp , oxygen , etc . That John or Joe nurse whatever his name is got so upset he started getting so rude that I was asking about my dads care that I got pissed off and took him with me that same night . Never recommending this place or any rehab place for a love one unless you want them dead .

My mom spent 12 hrs. there before she called me asking me to "save her". They knew she had contact precautions and had a liver biopsy but when I got there, they had a another lady in the room with her, the CNAs were not told of the contact precautions, the nurse didnt seem to know and my mom complained about 5 out of 8 reasons listed for complications requiring to be taken to the ER and yet they kept saying she was fine when they hadnt even written down what she was complaining of and didnt tell the 911 operator. They made it seem like I was over reacting. My mom was admitted and will have surgery tomorrow. My mom is lucky that I went there in person and being a nurse, I knew what to look for. LAZY & INCOMPETENT !!

Would leave zero stars if possible. The brief time my mother spent at this place was too long. They said they would get her to her doctors appointments and to the hospital for her blood transfusion, but they never did. When I finally got fed up after having to take off to take her to the hospital myself and then arranged home health care through her primary care physician, this disaster of a place had the Gaul to call child and family services on me. They clearly want to keep your loved one at any cost to collect their insurance but dont really care about the patients under their care. Beware of this place.

My Grandmother has been living here for quite a while now, and she tells me all the time that she loves being there, the staff is warm and caring and make her feel like family. when she first got sick and couldnt do for herself anymore she was very depressed and had a lot of anxiety about how her life was going to change, the staff there helped her to deal with everything and have been very knowledgeable, and loving, I thank god on a regular basis for the wonderful people at Accentia.

Not sure if it was an employee or a vendor but whoever it was had a nursing uniform on and she tried to kill me with her car! She was driving out onto Fletcher from a one way entrance cursing at me blocking the sidewalk and tried to hit me with her car!! Psycho fat black lady,I remember your blue Nissan Versa with tinted windows and next time you try to kill me I will make a citizens arrest and wait for the police to deal with you

My mother lived there the final three years of her life. She was well taken care of and she felt safe and secure. My brothers and I took turns visiting her every day, and learned all the nurses by their first name. That might have made a difference in her care. It is definitely sad when I saw residents who never had visitors. This is not the place to dump a relative, but to share in their care and aging.

this place is horrible. dont send anyone for outpatient recovery there!! the building, furniture & equipment needs attention and maintenance terribly!! The food is horrible. the put the passcode to the keyless outside entry ON THE BOX!! theres no security there!! Too many negatives to list about this facility!! i wouldnt even rate one star if i was able to post this without checking a star at all!!
