Not at all impressed with the receptionist very unprofessional and rude. I would have been a first time patient but after being hung up on and treated rudely when trying to explain to the lady why I was calling and she kept over talking me and repeating herself which didnt even come close to answering any of the questions or concerns I had I will be gladly taking my health else where. I will never understand why so many who work in the health care field forget to care about their patients needs and concerns. I can only imagine that the rest of the staff is similar if that is who they hire to initiate appointments and basic info about their practices.

I was a total mess when I came in yesterday. The staff and management was very considerate and understanding. The supervisor down stairs went out of her way for me many times. My Medical Assistant, Victoria, was the most personal woman Ive ever met. She was very sweet and obviously, very caring. I truly believe this facility was a gift from God. I havent been able to see a doctor in 3 years due to lack of funds, but they made it possible for me. I really appreciate everything they did for me, and I will be returning for medical, dental and vision.

Worst place to come for dentist i been here for 1 hr waiting for an appointment. Everyone that came after us has gone in already.You cant reschedule because it takes a month to get another appointment. Definitely switching my son to another dentist.

I visit once a month for bloodwork. Friendly staff. Prompt attention. Appointments are best, but I arrive as a walk-in and never have to wait long, unless arriving close to lunch (12:00PM - 1:00PM).
