I have been taking my child here for 10 months now, and everytime i go, there is a receptionist who is extremely rude and has no customer services skills. Not only do you have to wait over an hour to be seen (with appointment), but you cannot schedule your next appointment right there, you have to call. So when you do call, they are always overbooked and you cannot get your childs shots on time, nor seen until a month after your child is suppose to have been there. My child has been late on his shots, and i am really frustrated about the fact that you cant get an appointment until the following month. There is only 1 pediatrician on staff at this facility and the amount of people that are always in the waiting room is ridiculous. The pediatrician is wonderful, but this is to much for 1 doctor to handle. The nonchalant attitude of the staff there is unacceptable. My child is in need of a specialist to check his hearing and with the delay of the appointments, I as a parent am getting fed up with the "push back" of appointments.

If I could possibly give them less than one star I would the front desk is probably the rudest group of people that Ive ever had to deal with in my entire life they genuinely do not care about sick kids or getting anything done for you they just try to push you out. I brought my son in with 101-degree fever and she told me I might be able to get in in two days!! As Im walking away she says stupid white kids!! I am absolutely disgusted by the racism the ugly looks and the rudeness is coming out of a pediatric doctors office. Just because you guys accept Medicaid doesnt mean you have to treat people like theyre not worth treating and the doctors there should absolutely be ashamed of themselves for allowing this kind of behavior Ive brought another one of my children there before and had pretty much the same experience if you dont like your job then maybe you should find a new one

For a first time mom this place is HORRIBLE!!! EVERYONE seems either pissed off or annoyed with their jobs.They are rude, dont speak and quick to put you in hold forever and quick to catch a attitude if you complain.They never like answering questions and if they do Its said really quick so they can move on.Sadly you cant prebook an appointment and when you try its on their day and time and they never try and work with you.If your child needs to be seen they always tell you their book and it will be weeks for the doctor can see you.I hate this place and the staff I wouldnt recommend them ever!!! Going to find my daughter a new place to go I hate this place.Lucky they even received one star from me.parents NEVER take your children here

I dont mind this office. Both my daughters go here and they like the staff, I dont have a problem with them either. They do get really busy though. Appointments are done about 1-2 months time but they have walk-in hours if you need to be seen fast. Your convenience is not the number one priority here and thats why they only get 3 stars from me. Front desk is always busy between phone calls and people actually waiting in there. I think this location just needs more doctors and more than one person designated to check people in and out. These people are clearly taking on a lot and its Lehigh...there are a lot of clueless individuals that need their hands held like children. If thats what you need this is not the place for you.

Sexual discrimination against men, and as a father, this is 100% my view after what I experienced. Apparently a father who is happily married to his wife is not allowed to check his child into a doctor visit. When asked why, they offered no real reason. As I was told, it is policy. I will take this to court.
