If I could give less than one star I would. First Ill say my one good thing and that is that Dr Nandwani is an amazing Dr and most of the nurses are pretty decent as well! Ive been coming to this office for several years and it just keeps getting worse. First major issue my son was 3 months old and I called to make an appointment after them not answering several times just for them to answer and tell me they dont have any available appointments that day and would I like for them to call me later that day to schedule something for tomorrow? No my 3 month old is very sick not breathing right something is wrong! Sorry we dont have anything available maam. Hang up take my baby to the emergency room where they tell me he has RSV and if I would have waited any longer he would have to be in the hospital for days!!! Fast forward thru the next three years take my older son In several times for ear infections for them to wait till they are basically forced to send a referral to an ENT go immediately get tubes and tonsils taken out and the Dr says she wants to do testing to see if my son had permanent hearing damage because they waited so long to send us over!! Fast forward every single time we plan a Dr visit...if its a check up...they are booked up for MONTHS! Either way whatever you go in that office for, plan to sit in the waiting room for 30 min, which isnt bad its when they put you in a tiny room with 2 broken toys for never less than 1 hrs sometimes even 2hrs. Which we still went back all the way until yesterday. My son was throwing up all morning so I decided I would take him in, called several times for an hour for no one to answer so finally I decide well, they take walk ins well just go drive an hour and they can set something up only to walk in and get into an argument with the lady behind the counter that tells me they can not see my SICK vomiting child. We are switching drs today.

AWFUL AND UNSANITARY!! My husband, son and I showed up to our appointment 20 minutes early only to find out the the appointment we had made two weeks in advance did not exist. They did however tell us that they would try to find some time to fit us in. Nice. After an hour of waiting with our screaming 2 month old son, Dr. Ahmed walks in only to treat my husband like he is a criminal for smoking nowhere near our child. She treated us like we were stupid and did not know how to care for our child. I voiced my concerns about a few things concerning our childs health including him cutting his first two bottom teeth. Despite the fact that you can physically see the teeth she said that children do not get their first teeth until 6 months. You can tell she does not diagnose from experience. The doctor leaves and we wait for another hour for the nurse to come in to administer my sons two month shots. THE NURSE PUSHED THE DIRTY SYRINGE INTO THE CUSHION OF THE EXAMINATION TABLE AFTER ADMINISTERING THE VACCINATION! HOW DISGUSTING! Needless to say we will NEVER go back there!

Dr. Nandwani has been the Pediatrician for both my daughter and son since they were born. My daughter is now 14 and my son is 10. His patience, knowledge and experience have been invaluable in all the years we have taken our children to him. Most importantly, his compassion and caring have ensured that my husband and I can have a measure of peace and security when something medically arises with either of our children. I cannot tell you how many times Dr. Nandwani has calmed my nerves over the years, or the number of times he has called after hours to check on our kiddos. He genuinely cares about their overall well-being, and we appreciate all of the advice and care he has given them. We are so grateful for him and his staff! Words cannot express our gratitude. Thank you!

My Son whom has mild downs and asthma and has been diagnosed with asthma since he was a toddler was told by Aisha Ahmed that he doesnt need a puffer . Even tho he has used a puffer since he was a toddler. And claims my son doesnt have Asthma. I have lived with this child since birth and i have 4 other children and have learned a thing or two about their health . Someone that sees my son once every 3 to 8 months claims to know what is best for my son other than I . I for one believe this practitioner needs more schooling and compassion. Will be removing all my children from the care of a half educated wanabe care provider.

I have been a patient for about 4 years. The Dr there is awesome but lately it seems impossible to get anyone to answer the phone let alone return a message. One of the nurses called to inquire about my child after a sick visit, but no one answered any extension I selected when I called back. The front desk receptionist even says my childs names wrong every time I call.

Terrible. Went for 4 month shots and waited for them to tell us our shot was not in stock. We were there for 4 month shots and they did not even have the vaccines lol. Sent us to the one down the rd where they were "perry sure" we could get right in and we waited for about 30 minutes until we bailed. WISH I COULD RATE LOWER THAN 1 STAR

I never had good experience with the doctors here but Im in love with the nurse practitioners!! Theyre smart, sweet and so patient with my babies. Sometimes a day after a sick visit, our nurse practitioner Alex will call to follow up and see how they are feeling! Couldnt ask for better!!

Dr Fawaya is the best pediatrician Ive ever met! Hes got a great attitude is wonderful with our daughter and explains everything to us very well! Im thankful we found him! Were greatful to the care he gives our daughter Serenity and we look forward to a long relationship with him!

Do not go. Two bad experiences that would take too long to explain here, but basically the nurses that work there are incompetent and dont know what they are doing. This place should be shut down.
